I'm back there I'm not going back there again

Tout est pensé pour notre confort et notre bien être. Le personnel est attentif et très présent pour ses clients. Les chambres sont très confortables, spacieuses et surtout très propres. La literie est impeccable et confortable y compris les oreillers. La déco est très sympa et contemporaine. C'est le lieu idéal pour une nuit ou plus à Perpignan !! Le Parking gratuit et facile d'accès c'est vraiment très pratique. Une piscine est à disposition pour ceux qui aiment se baigner. C'était notre 2ème séjour et nous reviendrons sans problème. Merci à tout le personnel pour sa gentillesse et à très bientôt !!

Really great hotel and the staff make it extra special. We stopped here on our drive down to Spain as well as our way back up 2 weeks later. Christophe and Kevin on reception were both very welcoming on our visits and couldn’t do enough for us! The rooms on both occasions were spotlessly clean and quiet. We ate in the restaurant and the food was also amazing - again served by super friendly staff. Highly recommend the burger! Will definitely return.

The hotel has a price of €92 (paid €78), which requires an appropriate room, as well as those of the same group, Kyriad and Campanile. The receptionist of incompetence and insolence without name is unfortunate and has no meaning of client relationship and customer service. Our room had a dirty toilet towel, we ask her a clean and she answers us that it is a clean task and she can't do anything because she doesn't know the hotel !!! After a little nice explanation, she adds that a clean wallpaper will bring us the next morning ... a joke ... I answer her that I will therefore fix the room tomorrow after having more or less well sleep. !! The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. A very nice experience for a stopover on the way north from Spain. The hotel is perfectly located, close to the Autoroute exit, for a stopover on the way north or south. Reception was very friendly indeed, and the room nice and clean, with a good bathroom and a separate WC. There is a nice garden with a small poll, which is close to the restaurant and more like a plunge pool, than a swimming pool for families. The restaurant is very good, run by a friendly team and we had a very nice dinner. It was very hot that night, so open glass panels fronting the pool could have been closed and AirCo switched on, but that is a detail. Breakfast was very o.k. as well. We will visit again when coming along that route again.

This is a very nice hotel, slightly out of the town centre (which is probably a good thing). We had a Privilege room which was very good, with views across a park and towards the town centre. The staff were all excellent, charming and helpful. They have a restaurant which doubles as a breakfast room in the morning. The menu is small but adequate which starts at 19:30 but you can get the Tapas menu from 18:30 onwards. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel which can take you to the train station and Canet plage. There is also a roof terrace and a 1st floor terrace. Unfortunately wi-fi was not available in the hotel rooms during our stay although you could log into it in the reception area. Apparently there was a breakdown with their normal system which they were trying to fix. If you are going to Perpignan I would definitely recommend this hotel.
