Very polite and friendly personal, we arrived later and just could pick the key in the safe. Very simple but clean room (sheets, ...) , clean bathroom, Price quality was good, if your looking just for a bed to sleep and to be able to wash yourself in the morning, that's a good place

Hotel basic oui mais avec le minimum bien assuré, bel emplacement (centre commercial, restauration divers et salle de spectacle à proximité), personnel agréable et à l'écoute des clients, le point négatif est de n'avoir pas de rideau au niveau de la cabine de douche et pas de prise au niveau des tables de nuit. Côté petit déjeuné c'est varié et bon.

Agréable hôtel, un personnel accueillant et de bons conseils. Je ne connaissais pas les Fasthôtels, celui de Laval m'a conquise. L'établissement est propre, merci au vinaigre ménager senteur fraise (...), calme, sécurisant. Le lit est bon (mis à part la "barre" en plein milieu...), l'espace lavabo wc douche agréable (un rideau de douche serait appréciable). Situé juste derrière un supermarché Carrefour, bar, mac donald's... tout se fait à pied ! Une adresse à retenir.

L'isolation est à améliorer : isolation sonore avec les voisins du dessus et isolation thermique qu'il fasse chaud ou froid. L'accueil était très agréable et des travaux étaient en cours, cela doit être encore mieux maintenant.

L'établissement est vétuste mais offre le confort nécessaire à un repos réparateur. Le personnel est agréable et courtois. Les chambres, bien que vétustes, sont équipées de façon correcte et sont propres.
