This was my 2nd time staying at this property and I will ALWAYS try to stay here because I LOVE IT!!! However I will say that this unit could use a little touch-up love. Its definitely starting to look worn. Nothing drastic but the scratches on surfaces and worn paint here and there. There was visible water damage to the bottom of the bathroom door that should be replaced. But again, overall still my favorite spot to stay in Vegas!

The concept of 1 bedroom with the kitchen and extra bathroom drew us here. We had stayed at Elara across the street for a week before.
This unit at MGM signature was super outdated, stained and burn marks on the carpet, old couch, old mattress, old furniture, kitchen minimally equipped the cheapest worst coffeemaker and supplies. Cleaning at a fee equal to one night stay and when parking is full you have to walk all the way to MGM and back to park there. Management does not care either! Worst stay in Vegas!

Sofa is old and dirty makes you not want to sit init.
Carpet is old with stains everywhere especially between the livingroom and the kitchen area/entry. Dishwasher’s detergent Dispenser wasn’t working so you’ll just throw it in the detergent.
Overall, The living room furniture does not match the advertisement.

Only issue I had was I only had cell service in a small corner of my room coming back late was no good valet had shut down and we had to park at the MGM self park and it was a long walk back after a long day in Vegas, but other than that room was beautiful and views were awesome .

I was in town for 2 weeks on a work trip. This was my first time spending any significant time in Vegas so i really didnt know what to expect. The Towers are the perfect place to stay for any occasion. Its attached to the MGM by a tunnel which gives quick, easy access to everything the MGM Grand has to offer. The free Valet parking was fantastic 👌 and Top Golf was almost out the front door.

Hotel room size was convenient. Property was in a good location. Valet was helpful.
As for the room, everything was as expected until we started seeing roaches. We were there for 4 nights. The 2nd night there was a huge roach on the floor by the door. By the 4th night we were finding roaches in the bath tub and on the carpet. Would not stay here again

Excellent property with two bathrooms, two beds and big balcony - though the furniture looks dated. The second bed is sofa-cum bed in living room. Also, be aware that there is no daily room cleaning, unless you pay over $100 for it. But overall a very good property.
