We had a nice clean appartement which was very spacious. The bed is really good, very soft and we slept like babies. Bathroom was nothing special but clean which is the most important thing. Breakfast is a bit on the expensive side. (8,- for 2 small orange juice). The staff was friendly. We would’ve liked to stay longer but unfortunately it was fully booked. The only downside was the 100,- borg that has to be payed with creditcard as we didn’t have one but we got the appartement anyway. I recommended this place to others if they’re looking to relaxed without the screams from tourists. If you read this as a tourist please keep this beautiful island clean and show your respect. (We walked around with an empty bag picking up trash along the road)

Well I had a lovely week here , I was so relaxed and chilled out and so sad to have to go home. The only thing I can moan about is a broken bin in the bathroom of our room , 177. Nothing else to complain about. Yes there were birds , I didn't care ,it wasn't a big deal . Everywhere is spotless ,all the beds were wiped down ,tables ,chairs ...all wiped daily. Everywhere is swept clean every morning , I never saw any rubbish anywhere at all. Food was lovely , so many choices . Beautiful salads , lots of pasta ,fish meat dishes . All kinds of bread , fruits ,cheeses ....I enjoyed my meals and so did my son ,who loved the spaghetti and sausages ! No complaints about food and you will always find something delicious. Breakfast is amazing , all different cereals and grains and yoghurts and I wish I had more than one stomach tbh It's all child friendly and wheelchair friendly. The marina is a 10 minute walk down hill , this is difficult on the return for wheelchair users or mobility problems . There is a little shop in the hotel that sells water and snacks and souvenirs. There is a great bus service into Puerto Carmen daily. We had a garden room, big and spacious,big bath . V comfy beds ,comfiest beds i have ever slept in abroad. Piano bar is lovely ,great musical entertainment most nights. You need cash for the safe deposit and towels but most hotels do this abroad and nothing to lose your head over, just take a bit of cash with you . Anyone who could get stressed at this hotel is probably a difficult person to please . The palm trees swaying and the beauty around you here is awesome. Lovely staff too , if you talk and smile to them you get smiles back ,all the staff were super friendly. Please go here and experience how lovely it is . One day I shall return ,I literally can't wait

A wonderful trip to celebrate 40years of friendship with my best friend. We stayed in a Club room overlooking the pool and sea with a large balcony. The facilities in Club were excellent and well worth the extra cost. The staff were attentive wherever we went and in particular we enjoyed the fun provided by Zakaria at afternoon tea and evening drinks. His “five minutes drinking time left” (when there was at least an hour or more remaining) made everyone smile. He suggested recipes for different cocktails at the evening free bar and always asked after everyone’s day. We could not fault the hotel. We didn’t use the pool area as we had trips out and enjoyed walking over the cliffs to Papagaya beach (sandy cove with lovely soft yellow sand). It always looked relaxing and there was a quiet peace about it. Next time I might try a pool session. Lots of restaurants around but with afternoon tea included and a few snacks with our evening drink we didn’t feel hungry enough to sample many!

After reading the slightly mixed reviews before travelling I thought I should review our trip with a bit of detail. We have just returned from an Easter break at Plaza Azul, we had great weather and a truly great time😀. It is very true that the apartments are a little bit basic, tired and dated, they do however appear to have a fairly fresh coat of white emulsion. We found the apartments really clean and we appreciated the towel change and quick clean every couple of days. The pool area is really nice, again really clean, with a nice pool bar with a bit of music through the day, the bar is pricey compared to local bars, (which is a real shame because we would have used it a lot more) also you have to be early for a pool side sun-bed. Reception are friendly and very efficient in our experience, they are also backed by some great staff. We found the position perfect, 5 mins from beach and central of Porto del Carmen. We found it a really nice budget accommodation and well worth 4stars for the price

Myself and my wife spent two weeks at this 4 star hotel from the 7th to the 21st of Jan 2024. Twenty mins transfer time from the airport to the hotel. Was a quick and easy check in, lovely receptionist and given an upgrade to a side sea view room no 1233 which was an unexpected bonus. The room was modern well furnished and very clean. The bathroom was well kitted out with a newish walk in shower and a first in my experience of hotels of a glass panel that was actually long enough to contain all the water and didn't let liquid spill onto the tiled floor. Top marks for the bathroom designer. The bed was extremely comfortable and we both slept very well. There was no noise to disturb us from suitcases being dragged along floors or staff beginning their chores in the morning as is the norm in most hotels. The location of the hotel is perfect for us. Right opposite a beautiful beach and 20 Min easy walk on the left to Matagorda where you will find lots of bars and restaurants and beautiful beaches where we swam in the warmer than normal sea most days. Shout out to the Sirocco restaurant and the Devon. Food and drink in both was great. The weather incidently for the full holiday was sensational. 22 to 23 degs most days and a couple of days at a toasty 26degs. Perfect. Turn right out of the hotel and you are on the ***** for Puerto Del Carmen. Up to 40 mins to reach the end but worth the walk for all the shops bars and restaurants that line the whole *****. Some beautiful beaches all along the way and we had some great swims and lunches down there. Shout out to Long beach club on the ***** for fabulous views and superb food and service. Also unbelievably you can buy a large draught beer at many bars in both resorts for only €1.50. Unheard of nowadays. Lanzarote village hotel was spotlessly clean in all public areas and our room was cleaned every day to a high standard. The staff everywhere in the hotel are helpful friendly and efficient even in busy times when they are obviously under pressure. The dining room staff who we had the most contact with because we were on half board were unfailingly pleasant and smiley and invariably up for a laugh and a joke with guests which all helped to make the experience more memorable. This happened even at the busiest of times which is admirable because it showed everybody had bought into the ethos of no matter how much pressure you are under the guests happiness and enjoyment was paramount. The pool area was also kept spotless and was a great place to sunbathe and relax and getting sunbeds was never a problem even though the hotel was busy. Now to the food served at this hotel. I have seen a number of reviews criticising the culinary offering here and it may put some people off booking here which would be totally unfair to the chefs and the hotel . First time staying in a H10 hotel and overall we were really impressed. All over the hotel is lovely and clean Staff are amazing. Nothing is too much trouble Good location. Short walk to the seafront, the harbour or Playa Blanca All inclusive drinks were brand spirits and good measures Food was varied. Italian restaurant was lovely. Pool bar had a good menu for lunch or snacks. If you go to the buffet restaurant at the end of each service the food is lacking. It’s colder and been stood out for longer. Room was spacious with aircon. We were at the back of the hotel so overlooked the car park but it was quiet. Room cleaned daily. They provide shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. Also in the bathroom is a hairdryer which is ok for short hair but you have to hold the button on. Toothbrush, shave kit and tissues also provided. Bottled water and drinks in the fridge when we arrived but they are not replenished. You can buy a bottle from reception for 4 euros that you can fill from the water machines around. The bed was huge and comfy. And the sitting area was spacious and sofa was comfy. The TV has only news channels in English. There is entertainment in the daytime by the pool. Singers, DJs etc. evening entertainment varied. Some excellent and some hilariously bad. One pool was heated but the other freezing. But small so ok for a dip but not for swimming. Not a huge amount of parasols for shade but we managed to find somewhere to sit each day and a parasol when we needed it. The spa is lovely. I had a massage and it was very good and relaxing.

Just returned from a memorable week in Lanzarote. Staying in these wonderful apartments. It was my husband’s 50th birthday and we had a week to remember. I couldn’t recommend Jable Bermudas apartments enough. The food, the amenities the overall experience was fantastic. We will definitely be back. The staff were friendly and the location was on point. We received an email just before we left to say there was work going on in the apartments and I can safely say you would barely know it was happening. Very thoughtful of your stay. 100% recommend. 🌞😎

We booked the hotel (rather late in the day) as part of an Inntravel package - and only then read some of the negative reviews here. Our experience of the hotel brought us to an opposite conclusion. The location on the edge of the small town of Yaiza is not remote, but quiet and tranquil, and only a relatively short drive to the southernmost beaches and resorts, rugged coastal path, or in other directions, the amazing Timanfaya National Park. The room we had was next to the pool (very cold, but invigorating!), and was clean, spacious, and had a great shower and a very comfortable bed. It was cleaned daily, and the only improvement we would suggest is that it could benefit from having a couple of chairs (it had one plastic chair). Some other rooms seemed to be a little more opulent, but the one we had was more than adequate for our needs, and met out expectations Breakfast, served in the courtyard, was wholesome, with a wide and plentiful choice of fresh fruits, cereals, yogurts, ham, salami, cheese and breads etc. The breakfast staff, who worked very hard, were fantastic, charming and infinitely patient. Evening meals at the restaurant (which is not run by the hotel, as far as we understood the situation) was a relaxed, very tasty and friendly experience. The management were there to help and advise, and we didn't feel any negative vibes. We had a very relaxing time at the hotel, and wish it and its charming staff well for the future.

I would like there to be a rating between AVERAGE and VERY GOOD, and this hotel was above average, and below very good - there needs to be a GOOD rating- but this is trip advisors fault not the hotels! I stayed with a friend, in a junior suite 2-9th June 2023. Let’s start with the room. We arrived around midday and our room was ready – hurrah- super friendly, knowledgeable receptionist checked us in, gave us a load of info and a map and off we went! The excitement turned into a little bit of disappointment when we realised that instead of the 2 single beds pushed together, as depicted in every single solitary photo of a junior suite, it was one double bed – not ideal for friends holidaying together. The shower was VAST – very impressive but it was let down by the grout on the floor of the bathroom which was grubby and could do with replacing. The room itself was clean, big, and bed comfortable, with air con, tea/coffee making facilities and a fridge. Cleaned daily (except cups etc which were randomly not) – by exceptionally friendly cleaning staff. We had an issue with the bathroom on the first night, whereby we created a paddling pool in the shower room due to a blocked drain! -Quick trip to reception and super friendly Mr fix it man was with us in 5 minutes, fixing the issue, which never reoccurred. The restaurant had a fab selection of differing foods, always something to suit all tastes, and a chef always cooking you up something – eggs/omelettes/fresh fish/chicken etc. Mountains of fresh salad, fruit and bread – and snacks pretty much all day! Restaurant staff were all amazingly polite, friendly, and attentive. Bars were what you would expect of a 3*, local wine, spirits, premade cocktails, and once again amazingly polite, friendly, attentive staff. The pool was lovely and warm, with nice views looking down to the sea – never had an issue with getting a sunbed, but there is limited space around the pool area. I believe the other side of Flora is much quieter if you don’t like 4000 inflatables, and their young owner’s noise. The hotel is on a hill…… very pleasant stroll down, under 3 euro in a taxi back – not an issue at all. With a taxi rank just outside the hotel getting back to the airport was nice and easy to (approx. 20 euro). There was only one real thing that let this hotel down, the entertainment- whilst some of the live music acts were great the male half of the entertainment team (which consists of 2 people), really did not have his mind on the job at all. If you are going to work in entertainment you need to be enthusiastic 24/7, with both adults and kids, or they will lose interest fast. Which I witnessed on several occasions. Don’t put out water polo nets and walk away to chat to another member of staff, not even asking if anyone wants to play, don’t do 1 song at the mini disco, not engage the kids(more than once), and again walk away to chat to more staff members, don’t roll your eyes when someone asks you to repeat a qui
