Ma belle fille ( non francophone) a réservé en février, payé en février l'intégralité de la somme due, quelques jours avant son départ Mme Boufflet lui réclame le paiement intégral ( une 2e fois !) , ma belle-fille, n'ayant pas accès à son dossier immédiatement, est prise de doutes et paie à nouveau la somme demandée. Quand elle retrouve la trace du 1er paiement, elle contacte Mme Boufflet, lui envoie la preuve du 1er et du 2e paiement, Mme Boufflet assure qu'elle la remboursera, mais 3 jours plus tard toujours rien, et quand je l'appelle pour ma belle-fille, elle me raccroche au nez grossièrement.
