Hampton Inn Lakeville Minneapolis

Upon check-in, the desk clerk did not tell me my credit card would be charged an additional $50 than my original booking. When I received a notification from my bank, I asked him and was advised it was for incidentals. I understood, but he should have explained during check-in. The facility was clean. We didn't notice much noise in the halls, but the noise outside was terrible. We were on the first floor and the back side of the hotel, and it sounded like there was some type of generator running 24/7, right outside our window.

This hotel is very clean, has friendly, helpful staff and comfortable beds. Close to the highway without any highway noise and near a delicious restaurant- Porterhouse Steak & Seafood.

The staff was very friendly and courteous at check-in and throughout our stay. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Clean room. Easy to adjust the temperature of the room. Very nice breakfast selection.

the hotel was very clean, looks like brand new and only a few years old. Staff was very friendly. We would stay there again.

Everything was great. Staff. Breakfast. Decore. Electronics friendly. Only complaint was the bed was too hard. Didnt sleep well. As hotels go, primary reason to go to a hotel is to get some sleep. The mattress ******.

The only down side was waiting to check in. There was no one there but us, but the front desk gal had us wait at least 5 minutes before she got to us because she had to “finish something”. Just seemed weird…wouldn’t you wait on your guests first and then finish whatever you are doing?

The pool was not working. And with a 6 year old that was one of the reasons for booking. The hallways of the hotel were extremely hot and stuffy. Way overpriced for one night of nothing but sleep.

Room was clean and allowed us to fit an air mattress. Nice seating area for breakfast and good selection of food.

Hotel property was very clean and quiet. We would definitely stay again.
