A very dirty property and the staff is corrupt. They lied that they didn’t receive my ******* payment and insisted that they don’t receive payment online. I was forced to make a different payment with cash. I was stranded as I wasn’t having enough money with me. I had to call a friend for a quick transfer. More disturbing, they refused me to pay the money into the hotel’s account but instead, they insisted that I made the payment into a private account probably the receptionist’s account as the name was a female name. I won’t advised anyone to use Flamingo hotel as they staff are corrupt and they use the property to defraud people.
