The hotel is beautiful, quiet, and tranquil, with the added convenience of being very close to the airport, making it easy to avoid traffic and catch your flight. The staff, particularly Mr. PrinceWill and many of the front desk and dining staff, were polite and deserving of a 5-star rating. They deserve a huge raise. However, I can only give 4 stars due to an unpleasant encounter with a rude staff member when our AC wasn’t working. He initially blamed us for the issue but later brought a portable AC and apologized. Unfortunately, by that time, we were already tired and preparing to sleep in the heat since we had an early flight. The night managers could benefit from some customer service training. The food was generally good, though my sister did get sick from something she ate. Thankfully, she recovered, and the dining staff did apologize. The rooms are great, and on our return, we were fortunate that the AC was functioning better, though they still brought us a room AC to help with the heat. Overall, my experience was positive, but I'm not sure I would stay here again. I might explore other options Lagos has to offer.

New bedding is heavenly. Shower is great pressure and room for two room has safe, mini fridge with complimentary water, kettle with tea/coffee. Atm in lobby will take USA visa debit for local naira, dispense 10,000 at a time. Room was a bit tight. Wish we had stayed here instead of the apartment their bed was like a board. Staff very respectful and professional. POS didn't take credit card, nor atm, even though shoprite did.
Can't wait to stay there again, next time in lagos.

Hotel facilities: Take a look at the pictures for yourself, they were taken on the day of check-in. Looking at the pictures of bedding and linens, the bed is quite comfortable. Hotel decoration: see pictures for yourself. Bathroom: It can be regarded as dry and wet separation. Breakfast: Look at the pictures for yourself. Hotel service staff: I personally feel that they are very service-minded and quite careless during their stay. The hotel pictures match the actual room pictures.

The breakfast was good, among the pastries for breakfast their doughnut is the best. The Deluxe and the King/queen room is beautiful and worth the stay. I really enjoyed my stay here, the environment is also very serene and I will definitely be booking another stay here shortly.

I had a great time at Ibis Hotel in Lagos. But my greatest disappointment was, my phone was stolen by one of the Ibis’ security guards. I resting at the pool side and I unfortunately slept off. When I got up, I couldn’t find my phone.
Not knowing that a security guard on duty has stolen my iPhone 11.
But we later retrieved the phone from him.

The reason why the general evaluation is given is because the cost performance is very low.
The hotel seems to have only 6 floors and the elevator only shows up to the 6th floor.
I booked a sea-view room at 1498RMB, and arrived at the shop in advance to arrange a higher floor at the front desk. Say we need to arrange the 5th floor, tell us to wait for 40 minutes, the room is being cleaned, and waited more than an hour, said that the room is full, can only be arranged on the 3rd floor. Looking out of the window, it is the scene in Figure 1. It is said that a good seascape is a bunch of pipes. The facilities in the room are also sorry for the five-star title, the moldy roof, the bathroom was rude, and there was no hair dryer. The lobby is okay, the pool is large and the green environment is ok. Probably the best environment in this city. However, it is open to the public, not for the private use of hotel customers. Seeing two foreigners paying 5,000 naira can enter the pool and share public facilities. There are dining points on the first and negative floors of the hotel. I ordered a salmon and steak (pictured) 30,000 naira (580rmb). The taste is acceptable, but the salmon is definitely not fresh. Ordered early, the last picture is breakfast. I usually book early with a regular trip, it's normal, and the price is not high. Those who like the environment can spend about 50rmb / person for a walk.

One of the best hotels on the island of Victoria. I haven't been to Nigeria for several years, and it still looks like this again. The water in the pipes is a bit turbid. Fortunately, the environment is not bad and the stay is relatively quiet. It's okay in such a country.

The hotel is clean. When I came to view the place , I was shown a nice big room as the standard room. On checking in , I was put in a small room . First my tv wasn’t functioning . My room was changed . The other room had water dripping on the floor from the AC. The soap dispenser wasn’t dispensing . I wasn’t able to have a bath the first night cos of this . The restaurant tried to exploit . We ordered spaghetti bolognese. We got a plate of cold soggy spaghetti with spares minced meat for ridiculous bill! I asked for orisirisi snails and was given snails barely bigger than periwinkles also at a ridiculous price . Terrible service . I won’t be returning here .

PPragmatic personMy experience at the hotel was great! The food was good….healthy and tasty. The service was satisfactory from each and every service personnel and staff. When I make a complain, they attend to it immediately and see that the problem is solved. The facility looks new external and internally. My time at the hotel was well spent and I had a good night sleep. The bed was comfortable and clean.
I look forward to booking this hotel again.

LLondonDandyDTook awhile to get checked in. The Porter took us up to a room that sank of cigarette smoke and ****. They had sprayed profuse amounts of air freshener in an attempt to mask the smell. It didn't work and both smells would either make you nauseous or give one a headache. I asked for another room...i wasn't happy when there wasn't one in my range available (admittedly it was vals weekend) as they tried to arm twist me to paying for an upgrade. I refused and asked for a refund. The pleasant manager calmed me down and asked me to hold on. I went to have a pleasant meal in their restaurant. Luckily they made up another room for us. It didn't smell as bad. But in a rush...they forgot our bottled water and extra towel. Twas a nuisance. Later we went to the pool for drinks...i was dissapointed with the cocktails and a horrible fried ice cream cake. Lastly next to us were a bunch of poorly unkempt boys...one was smoking a joint...explains lot of public places smelt of ****...it was a case of either I wasn't meant to stay here or those guys shouldn't be there smoking ****..the hotel TV system is a bit of a pain to operate...and fabric seats in the room was not good...you could see stains not unlike semen...very off putting....but the rooms were a really good size, Good acs and decent price for Victoria island.....i would stay there again...hopefully they would have stopped people from smoking **** there..

It is impossible to eat more than one piece even if you come from far away. The room I booked is for 2 breakfasts, so the restaurant waiters are not trained, so I don’t plan to extend my stay. Hotel front desk staff: I personally feel that they are very service-minded and quite careless during their stay. The hotel pictures match the actual room pictures.

GGuest UserSpacious rooms and quite clean. Very helpful housekeeping staff. Dirty water in the swimming pool. At the reception they are a bit too slow and a bit too shy, but always trying to satisfy any requests. Food in the restaurant is always the same and not particularly impressive. The most of the time they take very long time to deliver in the room, or just need a very long time to take your order. Actually if they are busy doing some paper works, they ignoring you util you don't request attention. Definitely they need to improve their customer service. Pay attention to the dirty tables keep the terrace organised and be more efficient. We want to thank the new joiner for his different service Mr. Omo, you are the best

I was recommended this hotel and found it very good and suited to all my needs. Highly recommend the staff for their friendliness and attention to my every request. The rooms are clean and spacious. And extremely convenient location. So give them 5 star !

The rooms were immaculately clean and comfortable, with fluffy pillows and a bed that was a joy to sleep in. The internet and power supply were reliable, making it a great stay for both relaxation and work. ALL STAFF DEPARTMENTS SHOWED/ENABLED TEAM WORK accountability-which is rare ESPECIALLY for a chain(that'z evidence of TOP NOTCH professionalism). food was decent, room service is 24 hrs and there's a variety of cultural dishes from all ova the world. pool side is cool, there's also a cabana for those who wish to get cozzzziiieeee. also sitting area just for talking, sceenery, business/whateva. the rooms were decent size for the price and heart of the location. there are many entries within walking distance, local atms/bank branches along side. THEY DO NOT HAVE A ATM on site. above average on fridge in the rooms-you won't disappointed very sheek and above average on television size AND BRAND{trust me on this one, i am a travel nurse i have traveled MUCH}. from my experience all their rooms seem to have a sitting area within it-not usual for most hotels just anotha added benefit when lodgin with victoria crown on victoria lsland in lagos. the tubs are VERY deep-which is romantic and suffice for those looking to add to the moment OR just a great tub bath. BUT not very age friendly though, for the kiddies not safe for the disabled/matured/seniors/elderly a huge precaution/fright. YOU HAVE TO BE VERY CAREFUL when getting out. not even a grab bar is present. all marble and glass. VERY VERY nice restroom and set up though. very update, with crown molding and all its extras. laundry service is great prompt on return and honest. NOT LIKE THE SHEARTON 4 POINT: all MY CLOTH returned bacc to me.......hhhmm. wifi connection wasn't that great. channel selection was fair. there is a bar and restaurant on site as well. my expereince with the gatemen the duration of my stay while going in and out was just as pleasant and professional as well. front desk staff presented very neat in uniform, spoke clearly and each were considered anytime we had a question on destination we wish to go, service they offered or in idea of what to eat. there is also a gym. there were children present NONE of which were in age to make inappropiate noises said to mention we had good nite sleep NO LOUD NOISES any of the dates at various times of the day, noon nite or weekend we were present-WHICH IS GOOD lol thank you again cynthia for makin our weekend GREAT EMPLOYEE AND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. take care. stephen and bola egedegbe

Sstjude2019For a hotel at this price range, you should expect something better. The front desk was very unwelcoming, no smile, not at all helpful. The room although big, but empty, just the bed and a table and chair in one corner. The bathroom was very clean and the towels (but never complete) was always changed on a daily basis and the room made even though I had the sign do not disturb on! They has complimentary drinks in the fridge which included beer and soft drinks all free. Breakfast was your usual typical Nigerian food nothing to write about. The dinning room was way at the back of the hotel, if it rains you will have problems accessing it. The table cloth were all old and cheap quality for this standard, very disappointing. Had a room facing the lagoon, nice view. Overall I score this hotel average.
