From The First Day Of My House Fire I Contacted State Farm With My Fire Claim My Agent Asked Me Where Do I Wanna Stay I Told The In La Mirada So I Had Too Choose Between 3 Hotels So I Visited All 3 Holiday Inn , Extended Inn Or Residence Inn So I Choose Residence Inn Over The Other 2 Amenites Spa , Pool , Breakfast Every Day Lunch Every Day , Dinner 3 Days A Week I Enjoyed My Stay Plus I Had A Room Service Attendant Everyday Cleaning My 2 Bedroom 2 Bath And Kitchen Which Was Supplied Coffee , Dishwasher , Stove Oven , Micro Wave Pop Corn Perfect Gem And We Had In N Out Burger Next Door And Harbor Frieght , El Pollo Loco Near By And Taquiera Los Comadres On Alonda Blvd And Stage Road 711 Store Arco Am Pm Very Convienant To My Job At Disneyland Me And My Family Stayed Here From June / November 2016 I Would Stay Again If Needed There Was One Employee His Name Was Timothy Room Service He Was Always Around To Help Me And My Kids And Wife

The hotel location is not bad, there are several places to eat nearby, it will be more convenient to have a car, after all, the United States is too big, and parking is free

Clean and comfortable. Close to restaurants shopping and amusement. Staff is very accommodating. Housekeeping does a great job keeping the rooms clean. No cigarette smoke smells” like some other places. Love staying here!

We stayed 7 days so we were able to assess over the long term. Check-in was a breeze and each of the front-desk staff was polite and friendly. They were helpful and accommodating no matter the reason for the encounter, including a successful dry cleaning job overnight. The hotel lobby, breakfast room and lobby were homey and clean. The room was more than comfortable and spacious. It was clean and well kept. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioner was upgraded and QUIET—imagine that!!! You are able to control its functions also! Such a concept!!! Laundry facilities, although expensive at $4 per 30 minute wash and $4 per 45 minute dry worked as expected and completely dried clothes in one 45 minute drying session. One suggestion is that the washer needs to have the rubber around the front door sanitized once a week by housekeeping or other such service. This would eliminate the odor in the washer. I used a 99% sanitizer in the washer for each load, which worked adequately. The housekeeping staff was also exemplary. They were accommodating to my every request and went out of their way to make sure adequate supplies were placed into the room without being asked. They were respectful of sleeping hours but seemed to always be nearby whenever I needed something, whether it be extra or clean towels or an unexpected bed change. Thank you Ayres, We will certainly be back during our next visit to California.

Basic amenities are what you’ll get and what you should expect; don’t think you’ll get anymore than that. We literally saw an arrest happen right outside our windows one morning.

Hotel location is general, in areas with more Mexicans, do not dare to go out at night, the interior of the hotel is good! The brother at the front desk is also estimated to be Mexican, and the service is very good! !! !! The service of a big fat man the next day was not good, because he ordered the second day again, and started to give me the first floor. I asked him to check if there is a high-rise, he said no, I said yesterday I lived on the 6th floor, he Check it and tell me that there is an empty room on the 4th floor! Really drunk! But very satisfied on the first day!

It didn't take long to find the hotel after getting off the ramp. Banks near the hotel, 168Market UPS store stationery store, etc. are all very close, very convenient

The hotel is located in a Korean-inhabited area. There is a newly opened mall opposite the road. Korean-style Chinese-style Japanese and Japanese materials are available. There is also a target for a 5-minute walk. It is convenient for self-driving stays. The most surprising thing is that the hotel lobby has 24 hours of free coffee and lemonade, which is very intimate for the dry Los Angeles. Breakfast is not checked, the classic American breakfast is good, fruit yoghurt ham is available.

Overall, okay. You get what you pay for: a relatively clean but basic room. The AC was loud but functioned well. Wifi functioned but was slow/spotty when streaming. Bring your own conditioner because they only provide shampoo and soap.
