Lily of the Valley

It is simply beautiful! We arrived ‘en masse’ with a group of 16 people. We weren’t expecting it to be so sophisticated. The staff however accommodated us and made us feel very welcome! Haha even if some in our party were in “party attire.” The live music was splendid and the young waiter who served us was excellent!

We came to the hotel to celebrate my birthday with my family and friends. We sat out on the terrace to enjoy our pre dinner cocktails. The views, the service and most of all the ambiance were just amazing. A really special night and we cannot wait to come back soon.

Wow, what a hotel. We came for lunch and immediately booked a room for a few days. The room, the grounds, the staff, the beach area are perfection. We booked a suite with a private garden and the views are just amazing. We cannot wait to return. Restaurants were fantastic Beach and at the hotel. Absolutely a great choice if you want to avoid the hustle of St Tropez.

Absolutely everything about this hotel is superb! From the rooms to the staff, the management, the service , the facilities, the spa to mention but a few! Highly recommended if you want to experience relaxing in luxury surrounded in an amazing spot. Loved it & will be going back

Exceptional Hotel with a new style for the French Riviera. You feel like in a mountain lodge in Northern California. Great amenities and service of a palace. Prices are consequentt. Nice bat with entertainment and views. A hot spot is the Restaurant.

Really disappointed with my experience here. For my friend's birthday we drove from Monaco for a day at the ShapeClub. Although the hotel is lovely and our massages were amazing, we were mis informed. The budget per head for lunch was halved on the day, the steam room door did not shut and the most upsetting thing was the float pilates (the main reason we were attending the shape club) was cancelled when we arrived. We were not offered any compensation despite weeks of emailing and explaining our frustration. A very expensive day out and we did not receive what was promised and now the hotel are ignoring my emails.

Until now, our idea of the South of France on the Cote d'Azur had been rather neutral. As a family, we wanted to find out whether the Lily of The Valley, praised by our travel agency as the currently best hotel in Europe and accessible to us by a short flight, could really be such a special place for us in the highly praised South of France. Perched above the Mediterranean coast in the tranquil village of La Croix-Valmer, the beautiful Lily of The Valley is perched on top of the mountain in pine forests. We booked two linked pool suites for 10 days in August 2022. We enjoyed the time very much and our reservations about the South of France have vanished into thin air and we have learned to love the South of France. Thanks to the Lily of The Valley. Highlights _ The 360 degree view from the terrace of the hotel is breathtaking. _ The very modern and stylish pool suites with large garden and temperature controlled large and beautiful pools. _ In-house staff around the suites _ Very good breakfast and food in the suites _ In general fantastic food, every meal. _ Shape Club with great facilities and equipment and a large sports pool. _ Great evening atmosphere with live music on the terrace. _ E-Bikes _ Very friendly staff _ Great walk along the coast through pine forest _ Beachclub, the Italian restaurant is amazing Good to know _ Beach available and quickly accessible, but not a highlight and very crowded in season. _ Very nice beach in front of the La Reserve beach club, about 20 min drive. _ 5 min drive between suites and hotel with shuttles _ Poolsuites are close to the the beach club and very separated from the hotel (staying on the hill in the hotel is nicer in terms of surroundings / view depending on individual preferences) _ St Tropez 30-45 min drive depending on traffic and time of day _ Own car makes sense _ Ramatuelle is worth a visit _ Beach loungers should be included in prices of ＞3000€/night per pool suite. _ At the price quoted, individual add-ons at breakfast should not be charged on top. _ Children are accepted at the hotel. However, there is no separate offer for kids. Therefore not ideally suited for children and teenagers. _ Despite a very high budget, no contact from the GM to see how we liked it. Conclusion This is the Côte d'Azur dream you've always dreamed of. Location and hotel are close to perfect, but more for couples and less for families. In perhaps the most beautiful hotel in Europe. Rating 10 of 10 1 = no way 2 = rather not 3 = if it's absolutely necessary 4 = you can do it, but you don't have to do it 5 = is fine, but no highlight 6 = one you can make 7 = is good 8 = beautiful hotel 9 = wonderful, do it! 10 = top, definitely do it!

What a gorgeous hotel. We stayed for eight nights and loved: - Beautiful rooms with excellent solid finishes. Think solid glass doors and marble used. - Two beautiful pools, including a whopping 25m pool. The views were absolutely world-class, and you could never get sick of them. - The food was first class. The breakfast was a highlight, and Giulia especially deserves a shout-out. She cared for our family so well, and her days off made us all miss her super fast and caring service. - The spa and sauna were perhaps the most beautiful I have seen travelling anywhere. 2 saunas and a steam room! 1st class facilities here. Room for improvement: 1. I'm knit-picking, but the gym could use more equipment. For a wellness resort, more gym space, heavier weights and more varied machines (why have two abductor machines?) would be most appreciated. 2. The beach club payment requirements should be explained clearly before going down there. A day bed can cost 180 euros, even if used for an hour. 3. This isn't necessarily the hotel's fault, but certain staff were less kind to children, with one manager telling our kids (but not others the next day) to be quiet in the main public pool, which is a bit like trying to nail jelly against a wall when they're young. Nevertheless, we really tried our best to tell the kids to try to be as quiet as possible. If guests are bothered by the noise, maybe the hotel could allow them to use the adult pool - that's what it's for, isn't it? Overall, this is an outstanding hotel in a serene, picture-perfect location. I would be happy to stay again and recommend to friends. Service was 10/10, the food was excellent, and the restaurant even had a great wine list. There aren't many people travelling with kids, so I do get that it's not really geared up for that, but 98% of the team made our kids feel appreciated.

What a great place , on such a wonderful location and a beautiful terrace and top ambiance surely we go back 🎉 we were ther for a cosy dinnerparty but the liveband gave us an unforgettable evening. The food was very good , I like the ‘to share dishes but the fish wa excellent I think the have everything right , top setting top bar fine dining not to exaggerated, space for couples , friends & families but higher end
