Good choice, would go again. Very quiet hotel, staff is very friendly and highly competent. they have a spa and a restaurant on a high level. the entire hotel is quite big and if it was to me, it could use a bit of a refurbishment. Rooms are clean and beds are comfy but could use a brush up. No big thing though as I slept very vell. Breakfast is very nice, would deffo stay there again.

This is about 2km out of town but high up, altitude 1111 metres apparently, so has a good view over the valley. There is parking outside but they charge for it, which seems a bit unnecessary. It's a bit more of a business hotel than one designed to charm tourists but good enough for our needs. The room had a view too. Rather than drive into town we had dinner in their restaurant which was good enough but not exceptional. Breakfast was in the same area but rather odd, not quite a buffet, you had to go to the counter ask for what you wanted, and one of the staff served it to you. Not a very satisfactory system really.

The room was small. Breakfast was supposed to be a Buffet but one could not serve onselve but were assisted like in an elderly home. The Spa was tiny. Two little pools, one very Cold. A total of two cabines to change. My wife had to wait 5 minutes to change. The common space in Spa was not separated for male/female so no privacy whatsover. Can not recommend on any level. Too expensive and too little to offer.

Merveilleux week-end passé dans cet élégant hôtel! Accueil sympathique et agréable, chambre très spacieuse, parfaitement équipée, avec spa (sauna, hammam, Jacuzzi) privé, propre et bien agencée. Le spa de l’hôtel est clairement parfait! Le bassin extérieur est merveilleusement bien chauffé avec diverses zones de détentes. De multiples hammam et saunas autour de thèmes différents (les « noir et or » et « blanc et or » étaient divins!) Un espace relaxation avec gourmandises et boissons, fauteuils suspendus ou « lits ». Franchement, avec nos nombreuses visites de spa en Suisse, celui-ci est n•1! Un 0 faute! Le massage duo était dans une salle idéalement décorée amenant à la détente. Le repas était très bien servi et délicieux, avec des mets variés. La décoration est de très bons goûts, feutré et classe. Petit déjeuner servi au buffet par le personnel. Aliments de qualités. Seul bémol : parking annoncé gratuit mais payant et les rideaux de la chambre à coucher qui laissaient passer les lueurs du matin, on s’est donc réveillés tôt. Je recommanderai cet hôtel à mes proches et me réjouis déjà d’y revenir!

Vackert hotell beläget i en lugn miljö Ingen AC på rummet men jag sov med öppen balkongdörr och det var lagomvarmt 03 på natten. I övrigt ett fantastiskt hotell med fin restaurang med riktigt god mat.

Ressemblance partielle aux photos La chambre ressemble que partiellement aux photos et la salle de bain est vraiment pas belle avec encore une baignoire. Beaucoup trop chère. On aurait dû aller sur Neuchâtel même. Dommage.

Une literie dure, des oreillers mous. Une douche dans la baignoire datant des années 70. Un parking à 25€ dans un parking non sécurisé. Un petit déjeuner en buffet mais qui n’est pas en libre service avec des portions minuscules délivrées par une personne peu avenante Globalement quelle déception pour un 4 étoiles avec un prix très élevé.
