Epic La Punta: Hotel MUY SUCIO, lleno de moscas el desayuno, no le ponen campanas a las tortas del desayuno (el que además es muy escaso) cucarachas en la habitación, el baño se inundaba, sucio el jacuzzi (adjunto fotos) alfombras super sucias, todo viejo, sucio, oloroso. Ventana sucia y hermética: no se puede abrir, no se puede ventilar nada.

Excelente lugar para descansar. La ubicacion excelente, alejado del centro, evitando ruidos molestos. El personal espectacular. Super recomendable. El desayuno super completo. El horario de desayuno y check out muy amplios. La pileta impecable. Tuvimos una estadia lluviosa asi que no pudimos apreciar el predio pero se vio hermoso.

Excelente lugar. Cómodo y confortable. Lugar muy limpio y cuidado. Atención maravillosa. Habitación amplia y baño espectacular. Los desayunos completos, abundante y muy rico. Espacios de entretenimiento como ****** spa gym e Hipódromo muy buenos!! Los masajes de Milagros en el sapá don espectaculares. Súper recomendable!!

Mucha paz. Silencio. Todo impecable. La barra del hotel cierra temprano, sería lindo llegar de cenar y tomar algo en el lobby. El personal del spa es un poco ingrato, me estaba retirando del lugar y me mandó a ordenar las sillas que habíamos usado. Es una pena que el shopping no te más comercios, los juegos geniales. También sería bueno que haya cuidadores de niños para poder ir al ******.

Hotel Completo, muy apartado de todo, ideal para descanso, en general una buena opciòn, precio ... bastante acorde... ahi ahi. lo que pasa es, en todo San Luis hay solo 2 hoteles mejores pero ambos son mucho mas caro. En general la atencion es buena y la gente muy amable.

No es el epic de Merlo, ni cercano, pero con sus limitaciones , cumple.La zona inmediato a la piscina podría tener un poco más de onda, algunos arreglos, algo de sombra, Ya que si no , en verano y con calor sólo es en la parte cubierta. Muy buena las comidas del restaurante. Buena atención de los empleados.

El hotel pretende cuatro estrellas que no tiene debido a su servicio. En las habitaciones no hay agua de cortesía ni ningún implemento para calentar agua o café. El minibar está vacío. Se oye el extractor del baño de las habitaciones contiguas y los techos de la bañera tienen horrendas manchas de humedad. Jamás limpian los vidrios de las habitaciones. Te cobran extra por llevarte la comida al cuarto (aún cuando el inconveniente es que no hay lugar en el restaurante) El parque esta pésimamente mantenido. El patio de comidas es deprimente. La comida es falta de imaginación y además muy mala e insulsa. No vale el precio que se paga por aloj**** allí. Lo unico que vale la pena es el desayuno que es muy bueno y variado.

Las camas muy cómodas. La ducha muy buena. La atencion del personal tmb buena. En el mismo hotel tiene ****** aalon de juego para niños y patio de comida. Muy util ya q esta bastante alejado de la ciudad. Si o si hay q ir en auto
