Small friendly hotel in a lovely old village. Ideal for a stopover en route to the South. La Canourge is a lovely old village & worth a visit when in the area. Our room had 2 double beds rather than a double & 2 singles.

Une nuit d’hôtel en basse saison, pris en last minute. Chambre agréable, très grande, fonctionnelle. Décoration très rustique, mais qui n’empêche pas que la chambre corresponde aux attentes. La salle de bains aurait besoin d’être rafraîchie mais fonctionne parfaitement. Personnels agréables et courtois, malgré la basse-saison des solutions de restauration ont été trouvé par la patronne de l’établissement malgré la fermeture du restaurant le soir à cette période de l’année. Bonne restauration. Petit déjeuner complet à 9,50€. Bien situé en ville, secteur très calme. Le protocole sanitaire encore en vigueur est respecté

Nous avons passé une nuit particulière dans la chambre N°5A en ce sens que le sol n'est pas de niveau, il descend fortement (environ 10 cm entre le point haut et le point bas) ce qui donne l'impression de perdre l’équilibre lorsque qu'on si déplace ! Le mobilier est d'époque début du 20eme. Le personnel est très accueillant et on y mange très bien pour une somme modique.

Avions passé une nuit en septembre 2021 sur le chemin de St Guilhem. Nous y sommes revenus en mai lors de notre départ pour la variante dans les gorges du Tarn. Apparemment le personnel a changé, mais l'accueil est bien sympathique. Hôtel confortable avec un certain charme d'antan. Le dîner de la soirée étape de qualité. Bref une étape simple mais de qualité.
