Stay was pleasant. Toilet has a slightly unpleasant smell.

Very good hotel Will visit agagin

The room is clean and very spacious. You can even put a 28-inch suitcase in it. There is also a small sofa and a bathtub. It is really comfortable to take a bath after walking 20,000 steps every day. There is a straight ladder on the right side opposite the hotel, so it is easy to drag luggage. Friendly~

This hotel is located next to the Kyoto Imperial Palace. The transportation is very convenient. There are supermarkets and beef bowls nearby. If you want something, you don’t have to go far. If you want to go to Kyoto Station, you can take the Karasuma Line nearby, which is very convenient. , overall it is a good hotel. After staying in, I wanted to book another room for another night, but unfortunately it was no longer available.

Very chic hotel, great experience! Wentong is quite convenient for travel, and the front desk service is comfortable.

It is located 10 seconds on foot next to the subway, but it is a little disappointing that it is about 2 stops away from the downtown area. However, there are many restaurants around and it is quiet, so I recommend it. I asked for an unknown tax, but even when I inquired, the staff's English was poor, so I couldn't hear a proper explanation and just paid it (400 yen per night x 3 days). a bit disappointing. Everything else was good. The room is spacious and the bathroom is clean and well cleaned. The cafe on the 1st floor is also cute, so I recommend a visit because the atmosphere is good.

The facilities are clean and nice. The location is a bit far from the center of Kyoto, but quiet.

I particularly like that sofa, it’s more comfortable than the bed.

Convenient location, very close to the nearest station. It is a flexible hotel with services such as luggage storage before check-in and after check-out on the day. The room was bigger than expected and very clean. The tea and sweets (Koyamaen) in the room were delicious. But condition of washlet of bathroom was not good. You can check it and improve it. Because it is in a convenient location, you can hear the traffic lights outside, but personally, I definitely want to use this hotel again.

The location is perfect, close enough to everything but far enough to not feel as busy. The staff is very accommodating. They do not have heat in each room but will supply a space heater if needed! The meals are worth paying extra.

Love the esthetics, simple beauty of the hotel and the spaciousness of the guest room. Especially loved the location to the train stations next door to the hotel. The in-house coffee shop is excellent too!

Very clean. Right outside the station. School bus bakers down the street was fantastic. Room was clean and very comfortable. Great value.

Very nice hotel right next door to the train station and bus stops are close by. Lots of great local eateries nearby as well. Try and get one of the back rooms as the street facing rooms get a lot of traffic noise. Staff are friendly and engaging. We would stay here again.

Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, rooms were spacious considering the area, and amenities were nice to have (free water, soft drinks, and snacks)
