I stayed at the annex "Tachibana" which just opened in August. [Facilities] The house is located across the road from the main building, so you can enjoy a completely private space. The living room has a high ceiling, a large TV monitor, a sofa, and an ottoman, making it a comfortable place to live. Directly adjacent to the bedroom is a private dining room with access to a separate entrance for staff. Since the meals are served in the room, you can hear the sound of the person in charge going in and out of the room before and after the meal time, and the sound of working in the living room. The private dining room has an espresso machine and draft beer server (all-you-can-drink!). The refrigerator is stocked with tea and juice, which are free of charge, and the freezer also has homemade lemon sherbet (very delicious). The washroom → shower booth → exclusive open-air bath → water bath → sauna are all arranged in a straight line, so you can enjoy bath time without stress. You can change the temperature of the open-air bath according to your preference, so it was a little hot. thank you. I can't complain about the spring quality. It was moist and smooth after taking a bath. My friend likes saunas so we chose this room, but he said the temperature of the sauna was too low. I don't know much about barrel saunas, so I'm not sure, but is it lower than a normal sauna? [Meals] For dinner, the person in charge serves charcoal-grilled local vegetables and fresh local seafood in a dedicated dining room. Why is charcoal-grilled food so delicious? It was very delicious without getting tired from appetizer to dessert. For breakfast, you can enjoy freshly grilled dried fish over a charcoal fire. I think the food is the Kinokuniya Group's biggest attraction, and the taste did not disappoint. [Things that bothered me a little] ・There seems to be a boxing gym nearby, and you can hear the sound of sparring during dinner (laughs). Do you care if you are nervous?・There is a chair in the garden, but I thought it would be nice to have a backrest. I think it would be even better if the chair was a little more comfortable.・I think it's luxurious, but I thought that if the quality of amenities such as shampoo and conditioner were a little higher, the satisfaction level would be higher. The moment you enter the room, you will feel that it is a wonderful room, the comfort of the living room and bedroom, the wonderful meals, the open-air bath and sauna that are carefully thought out, and so on. rice field. 2024.3月　6年くらいぶり　 2回目の来訪 前回　数年前は料理に非常に満足したので、またいつか利用したいと思っており 今回は別邸 一泊1人3万円くらいで家族3人で利用 部屋は狭めでしたが満足でした。 部屋説明の中居さんは 研修中とバッチをつけた海外の方で、 金庫の場所が分からず、 うちの家族と金庫探してました。 研修中で不慣れなのはわかるので、 これは全然気にしません。 食事は不満足　☆マイナス2 不満を伝えたのに旅館の対応無し　☆マイナス1 で☆2評価にしました。 前菜　盛り付けも綺麗ではなく、味も含めて素人が作ったみたい。 メイン 鮑の踊り焼き　普通　美味しかった　 刺身　鮮度は良いがメインとするなら量が少ない　白身のいくつかはすごく薄い薄造りで1人 2枚、何食べてるかわからないくらいの薄さでした。 他に鍋や天麩羅などがあれば話しは別だけど刺身がメインなのであれば少ない。 金目の煮付け　3人で一匹だがこれも小さい。これ以上小さい金目を見た事ないくらいでしたが、2人一部屋だともっと小さい金目なのか、2人と3人同じサイズなのか。 食べるとまたびっくりで、パサパサで腹の苦みがまわっていて小さかったけど、不味過ぎて完食出来ず残しました。 煮物　海鮮のアーモンドミルク煮　和風クラムチャウダーとの事でしたが、普通のクラムチャウダーより美味しいというものでもなく陶器の器に少量盛り付けて出てきた なぜここでクラムチャウダーが出るのかバランス的に不思議。 強肴　豚肉の麹グルト焼き 豚肉薄く小さいのが 2枚と付け合わせ　前菜の一品くらいの量　タレと合わず、美味しくはなかった。 ご飯　お茶漬け　美味しい　が　ご飯はお茶漬けなので少なくお茶碗1／3くらい　おかわりするようなものでもないし。 デザートはニンジンと甘酒のゼリーとメロン1かけと苺1個 メロンは一口サイズ ニンジンと甘酒とのゼリーはとても微妙な味、うちの家族の口には合いませんでした。 食事終わり頃　中居さんに食事について量、味ともに不満である事をメモに書いて、支配人等の責任者に渡して欲しいとお願いしました。中居さんはすみませんでしたと言っていましたが、献立内容について中居さんには責任ありませんから責任者に伝えてくださいとお願いしました。 不満を伝えたのにも関わらず、旅館としての謝罪や説明は一切ありませんでした。 うちの食事量は大人3人分とすると平均的より少ないと思います。でも食事が足りなかった為、夜　お腹空いてバックに入ってたお菓子を食べてました。 こちらの食事は以前から量が多いという口コミが多くありますので、余るのはもったいないから量少なくしたのですかね。 適量は人それぞれですが、普通は量調整に使える米飯枠もお茶漬けで少量固定になってます。結果、お腹いっぱいになりませんでした。味についても刺身や鮑はそのままの味ですが、味付けした料理はお茶漬け以外、全部イマイチ以下でした。前菜から甘酒ゼリーまで。 甘酒ゼリーもまだ甘酒そのままの方が美味しかったと思う。 今回利用時の夕飯は量的にも味的にもとても不満でした。そして不満を伝えたのに謝罪や説明等の対応が何もなかったという事は、どういう事なんでしょうかね。来た客に満足してほしいと思ってたら、チェックアウトまでに食事について謝罪なり説明なり何かしら対応をするはずですがね。 対応無しは大変不快でした。 とても残念な宿泊になってしまいました。 うちの家族はもう二度と行きません。
