This is a Kyoritsu Resort hotel along the Akan River. Yamahana Onsen is said to be the first hot spring to spring up in Kushiro. The spring water was a little yellowish. It's an alkaline sodium spring. It's said to have the same salt concentration as seawater. It's a shame that there's no wifi. I didn't have a Rakuten mobile line, so I connected with au's 1Mbps.
