The price is very high. Although it is old, the service is very good. You enter the room and turn on all the equipment before leaving. It is very noble. The downstairs is very lively and convenient to eat and drink. There is also Starbucks

On the first night, the hotel arranged for me a room facing the seaside and the roadside. Due to my poor sleep quality, the sound of music, cars and people at night made me unable to sleep. The next day I negotiated with the front desk, they said that there is no room to change. I said then you refund the next day's room fee to me, I will check out and leave. After a while, one of the barmen said that I could move to another room and let me have a look. On the minus floor, it was a room with disabled facilities, but it was quiet, so I stayed here and slept well at night. The hotel should take into account the needs of different people, not just to see the sea, at the expense of the needs of quiet guests.

If there were an option to give zero stars, we would. This is the worst experience we have encountered whislt on holiday in Turkey. The reception area is very misleading to what is actually behind the scenes. The hotel smells dirty with stains ons carpets and walls. Our rooms were so small although we paid for superior rooms and the bedding and towels had stains and sigarette burns in. They had to change our fridge 3 times. The bathroom fittings were taped to hold it. Our shower did not work properly. The electric wires of the bedside lights were sticking out above the bed. The guests were smoking in their rooms next door. Our daughter’s bed was so hard she had to sleep with us on our bed. There are huge gaps between the wall and room door. Breakfast was like stepping into a 1940 school dining hall. Staff not friendly. Choice of variety and quality very poor. Juice were warm concentrated syrups. Only thing we could eat is a piece of toast. To top all of this, we got bed bugs from our room. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. What a disgrace!!

Arrived after midnight and staff at reception were so helpful Unfortunately out of season so didn’t get to use pool or rooftop bar area But hotel was spotless (I paid limitless extra to guarantee front of sea balcony room) Ibo in restaurant was so friendly and helpful as were all the other waiters Great location for everything Will most definitely return to this wonderful hotel Thanks again Yvonne

The rooftop pool hotel was unreal the views were superb of kusadasi and the sea . The rooftop pool was amazing so relaxing . All staff were so helpful and plesant and coundnt do enough for you .hotel was lovely and clean . location was excellent in the heart of kusadasi . I will defenitly be returning to this hotel . only thing I would of liked is a tea / coffee facility in the bedroom.

The hotel has a great location, facing the sea with the port on one side and the marina the other way. The room was cleaned daily by very pleasant ladies. Rooftop pool was lovely, kept clean, plenty of umbrellas available and could get drinks and food from the nice chap. Wasn’t much choice of hot food at either breakfast or dinner, lots of salad though.
