服務態度特別熱情。前台和工作人員一遇見我們就打個招呼，這樣真好啊！不過有一點兒不方便的是入住時間較久，我下午3點到酒店，但是到4點左右才有房間。另外，第一天晚上七點之後才有熱水。而且自助洗衣房衹有3台洗衣機，烘乾機好像衹有2台。而烘了之後，衣服不幹。電梯應該有2個，酒店衹有1個，這不太方便。早餐一般般，可惜沒有雲南的特產。總體來看，也不錯的。7.5/10

入住每晚幫忙清潔加濕器，電梯間等候處有免費的水可以拿，房間的的設施也比較新，沒有異味。全家入住，也提前幫忙把2張小床拼成了一張大床。早餐也很大氣，沒有要求補小朋友的費用。最後退房時，還幫忙把行李送出大門幾十米。簡直完美的住宿體驗

離滇池和民族村特別近，臨走的時候送了禮物，真的特別貼心，是昆明旅遊這邊入住的最滿意的酒店………

很寶藏的酒店，離滇池海埂大壩很近，門口就是地鐵站和小吃攤，很方便～服務人員態度特別好，照顧我們的需求，儘量滿足顧客的住房喜好。早餐到11點，適合喜歡睡懶覺的我～
房間有加濕器，温馨舒服，能提供的小物品特別人性化，應有盡有，超乎想象。總之，特別温馨，體驗感很棒！

第二次出行住。
酒店全方位真的可以説五星級的，甚至比五星級還貼心。
地鐵口旁，走路10分鐘到海埂大堤，15分鐘共享單車到海埂公園。
房間很乾凈，橘紅色配色漂亮。
早晨很豐盛，且幾乎全天都有下午茶，晚上還有夜宵
洗衣房乾淨，可以留言幫忙清洗衣服。
前台小美女們都很熱情。
性價比高，果斷分享給朋友們了。

設施：很新很方便，空調和衞浴都很好用，有專門的洗衣房，洗烘乾都有
衞生：很乾凈，都有消毒，我們用得很放心。一樓的公共洗手間都非常乾淨，超過95％的酒店。
環境：位置很方便，走路去滇池海梗大壩，地鐵站就在門口，去火車站機場都便捷。周圍好幾家評分很高的特色餐廳，走路就能吃到地方美食，很滿意。
服務：5星＋，服務員都很為客人考慮，非常貼心的服務和態度，洗的衣服怕耽誤我們時間都洗好烘好送到房間。有下午茶果和宵夜粥品，玩一天回來喝口可口的太舒服了。

總的感受非常好，平時都不怎麼愛寫評價，這家店體驗真的很棒，除了樓層矮了點，雖然靠近馬路關上窗户很安靜，會提供很多免費服務，一次性的洗臉巾和馬桶墊真的讓人很舒服，我自己帶的都沒用。下午還有下午茶，晚上還有夜宵，早餐時間也很久不用擔心睡晚了起來沒有吃的。門口就有地鐵站附近也有公交車去市區海埂大壩西山民族村都很方便。

網上查了很多酒店，最後定了滇池旁邊這家旺角酒店，靠近海埂大壩，晚飯後或者早上散步超級方便，周圍環境也很棒，人不多，很安靜，而且就在地鐵站旁邊，交通方便。酒店服務意識一流，會幫忙送行李到房間，配套設施該有的都有，還有下午茶和宵夜，臨走還有小禮物，超級貼心～～下次來昆明玩還會選擇這家酒店～～
