The room is not as big as I imagined, but the yard is quite large, with a cold water swimming pool and a small hot spring pool. If you come to play in the summer, the yard is very playable. The bathroom supplies in the room are quite good: Dyson hair dryer, French LE LABO (laboratory) toiletries. The hotel service is good, the staff are very friendly, and the housekeeper service is very thoughtful. The outdoor hot spring environment is very good, there are many pools, and the toiletries are: ACCA KAPPA white moss, which is great. I will go there next time!

Actually, it's nothing that the room is old, it's really quiet. The room service is online, the main thing is that the restaurant is disappointing. I stayed for two nights and had two dinners in the Chinese restaurant. The service was not good and the dishes were served very slowly. I went there without a reservation at 5:30 on the first day. The tables were almost all reserved. I hurriedly sat down in the corner and ordered dishes. The dishes were not served until 40 to 50 minutes later. On the second day, I wanted to make a reservation in advance but was told that it was not allowed. The reason was that many guests who had made reservations the day before were late, which resulted in other guests having no seats and were complained. If there is a problem with their own reservation mechanism, they just cut it off? Seeing that I was angry, they changed their words and said that it was okay to make a reservation... I ordered a hot pot set meal in advance, and after arriving on time, I waited for another half an hour before the soup pot was served. What's the point of making a reservation? Anyway, there was all kinds of waiting. It took ten minutes to serve a bowl of rice. During this period, the waiter was often nowhere to be found. No one cared when the soup pot was almost dry. The service had to rely on shouting loudly. The breakfast was not good either. I have stayed in three Bailian restaurants, and this one is the worst

The environment is very good, the service is very satisfactory. The originally booked room type is not available, so they helped to upgrade to a room with a swimming pool. The private bath is very comfortable, and they are very considerate to help fill the water. The privacy is very good, highly recommended!

This hotel is great! Except for the expensive breakfast, everything else is fine! We are a family of three, and the mother brought the children to book a two-bedroom villa. When we entered the room, we were shocked. This is not a two-bedroom villa, but a double villa! The room is very big, the garden is very big, and the toilet is very big! There is also an independent hot spring pool in each garden, which is very comfortable 24 hours a day. You can call a car to drive us in and out of the hotel. The hotel is close to the lake and the scenery is very good! The room also gave a hot spring ticket, and you can go to the hotel's own hot spring venue to soak in the hot spring. The scenery is pleasant. There are many hot springs and few people in them. Children can play to their heart's content. When they are tired, there are free snacks, tea and fruits to eat, and the children will not be hungry. The hotel environment and sanitation are very good, and the bedding is very comfortable. The children want to ask the hotel to add two beds, one for 600, which is quite expensive, but it includes hot spring tickets and breakfast. Anyway, this hotel is fine except that it is expensive!

The service is great🌟I didn't expect that the service of our local hotels in Yunnan is not inferior to those star-rated hotels outside the province. I will choose to stay again next time. The only drawback is that the breakfast variety can be richer.

Except for the TV, which is a bit old, everything else is very satisfactory. The room has its own hot spring pool, which will be arranged by the pool. It also has its own swimming pool and pavilion, and you can drink the complimentary Pu'er tea. There are books in the room, which is great. The hotel restaurant tastes very good. I had Chinese food and BBQ buffet, which was delicious. The hotel is by the sea, and the photos are especially good. The service is very good. I especially praise the housekeeper Xiao Liu, who is very enthusiastic and professional throughout the whole process, and the service is timely. Although the afternoon tea provided is only flower cakes and Pu'er tea, it is very comfortable to sit in the restaurant and relax. If you come in winter, you can see the seagulls. I will definitely come again if I have the chance.
