預訂的標間192元，來到酒店工作人員説我預訂的是大床房，需要住標間需要加價50元，然後我選擇取消訂單的話，將會扣52元違約金，特別不滿意的一次住宿，工作人員態度惡劣，破口罵我，這是什麼商家

酒店停車位停車，離開時有刮痕，監控看不到車尾，故報警也找不到肇事者。老闆態度極差，一來到就説不可能有人去刮，你就是個專業訛錢的人。我從頭到尾不管去派出所還是對酒店員工都沒提要賠錢這事，衹要一個合理流程和酒店方的態度各方過錯責任認定，過道上難免有無意刮蹭，這無可厚非，他非逼的我二次報警來處理才虛情假意的道歉，老闆態度極差小人一個一開口就是對方要訛錢
