My husband and I stayed at this property while visiting our family in Japan. It was absolutely perfect for us. We stayed for eight nights. It was like a home away from home. We had space for our family to come and visit us quite often. This was a priceless benefit.
It was close to everything we needed and the nearby train was not an issue but rather a comfort, knowing we had transportation available when needed.
The manager was excellent and provided everything we needed daily. This will be our preferred place to stay whenever we come back to Japan. We loved it!

I arrived late at night, but they picked me up at a nearby station and provided me with detailed instructions from the parking lot to the hotel and nearby restaurants. We were departing from Miyagi, so the time was delayed, but thank you very much for your kind response. The inside of the room was very clean and the facilities in the room were more homely and comfortable than a normal business hotel. I will be using this again.

As the owner warned me in advance, it's almost right in front of the station, so I could hear the trains, and I could hear the footsteps and voices of people on the floors above, but I live in a normal apartment building, which is different from a hotel. It was so cozy and I was able to use the washing machine, so I had a great time.
It's a good location as it's only a 12.3 minute walk from Kuma***a Station, so I'd definitely use it again if I have the chance.

施設の清掃が隅々まで行き届いていて、連泊中も快適に過ごす事が出来ました！
アメニティや細かな配慮があり、オーナーの方もとても親切でした。
上熊谷の駅前には何もありませんが、熊谷までのアクセスはよく、近くにコンビニもあり困りません。近くに泊まる機会があればまた是非理由したいです！
