Perfect hotel for those who come to Plovdiv with the car, because it’s not so close to the center by walk. Wonderful view from the deluxe room. Spectacularly comfortable. Nice restaurant. It has outdoor pool, but we prefer the vip packet from the wellness!! Sauna, steam bath, jacuzzi, sala relax and tv : all for you!! It also give you the possibility to rent bikes to go around the city. We had a great experience, so it’s very suggested.

We stayed here 5 nights. As Diamond members. we were upgraded before our arrival to an awesome suite, which was greatly appreciated. We found everything was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. This hotel is particularly well designed, with high end finishes, great showers and comfortable beds. The A/C worked perfectly and the room stayed cool during really hot weather...we only had to turn it on occasionally. The rooms are very well laid out. Our one bedroom suite had two full bathrooms, providing a fantastic level of comfort. The breakfast was great. We are plant-based and healthy eaters and both of us were very happy with the great selection of fruit, salad, olives, wonderful olive tapenade, breads and other fresh options. The hotel is perfectly located with the old town an easy walk away. There's also great grocery stores and a DM very close by as well. For me this was the rare flawless stay. I did not expect that in Bulgaria....great job by the team here. :)

The staff were so incredible that we couldn't fault them, even when some of the groom's side got a bit too tipsy before the wedding party. Each meal was prepared with care, and the included breakfast was an absolute MUST. It became our favourite way to start the day, filling us with energy and anticipation for the adventures ahead. New building, clean, large, well-furnished rooms. Big bathroom with perfect plumbing. There is even a heat curtain. Very comfortable bed. The hotel is in the park and sports area of the city, there is quite quiet. But without a car in this hotel there is nothing to do. I didn't like the restaurant at the hotel. Tonight dinner is almost unrealistic. The restaurant is filled with visitors from a nearby residential complex where there are obviously no food facilities. Very slow elevator

We stayed here two nights recently and everything was perfect. The rooms were very spacious, the size of a small apartment. Well stocked kitchen and a decent sized bathroom. Everything was spotlessly clean. The location was steps away from dozens of different restaurants, they even have one on location. We were also an easy walk from everything we wanted to see in town, with the train station an easy 25 minute walk. Best of all, the folks at the front desk were absolutely wonderful! The offered excellent advice on what to see in town, were super-friendly, and even arranged a cot for our toddler to sleep in, despite ********** indicating none was available (we did email and ask ahead of time; was set up waiting for us in our room). We will certainly look to stay here again the next time we are in town.
