This hotel is considered to be the best hotel in Xinqiang for my 8 days. We arrived at 2:30 in the morning and the hotel upgraded us to a suite. This hotel has a simple and warm design style, especially the quilt is not too thick and is breathable and comfortable. In addition The pillows are medium soft and hard, very comfortable, and I plan to buy one to take home. The hotel lobby manager is very hospitable and proactively recommends different types of pillows. Pillows are so important. The bathroom in the room has sufficient water pressure, and there is wireless charging on the bedside table. The breakfast is rich in variety, and the waiter is friendly. This parent-child room is probably the largest among the hotels I have stayed in. It also has a three-seat sofa, where the children happen to do their homework. There is enough space for us to work next to it. The bathroom is quite large and the mirror is quite long. We can brush our teeth and wash at the same time. , the only bad thing is that the hair dryer in the bathroom is fixed to the wall, and there is no other two-hole socket to plug in my hair straightening plate. I have given feedback to the store on this point, and I hope the store can improve it. The overall experience is very good.

The location is very good and dining downstairs is convenient, but the hotel is in a mixed-use building. The company and multiple hotels share the elevator, which will be crowded. In addition, breakfast is in a shared breakfast shop, which is not exclusively used by hotel guests. There are also waiters. I wasn't careful enough and forgot to put mineral water in the room. We went downstairs to ask the front desk for refills.

The hardware facilities are very good, not comparable to ordinary business express hotels. The rooms are spacious, clean, simple and modern. The service staff are all warm and friendly. It's really a very satisfying choice. I think it should be the ceiling in all aspects in Kuitun!

They also heated up the food I brought in the microwave in the morning. The hotel environment is very good, the room is large, clean, and there are robot services. The children like it very much. GGuest UserIt was easy to find it after following the navigation. It seemed that there was a relatively prosperous commercial street nearby, and it was very lively even at 10:30 pm. After completing the accommodation procedures on the second floor, we arrived on the 25th floor. Thank you to the hotel for upgrading our ordinary parent-child room to a suite. Enter the bathroom on the left hand side of the room, with wet and dry separation, smart toilet, and a wardrobe on the right. Going inside is the living room with a TV, sofa and coffee table. The windows are large and overlook the night view of Kuitun. Unfortunately, it would be better if the glass could be wiped clean. . The bedroom has plenty of space, with two beds, one large and one small, a TV, a storage cabinet, a small coffee table and two soft stools. It is recommended to add a place to hang clothes next to the bed. The central air-conditioning in the room works very well, the airflow is smooth, and the bedding is very clean. As soon as you enter the room, there is a smell of linen with a slight smell of detergent, which is very reassuring. The bed was very comfortable, but the pillows were a bit soft and could be improved. Overall very satisfied.

GGuest UserI am the first foreigner (from Singapore) to stay in this newly established homestay. The beautiful lady boss is very welcoming, and the service from her staff is excellent! The environment is clean and the air is fresh. My room is huge with a very high ceiling, shown in the photos. There is a vineyard next to it and I could visit and view the 100 year old grape vines. I did not have to worry about food even though this place is far from the city. There is a large kitchen that serves dozens of guests who would drive all the way here to have a meal, and their children can play in the garden and take a ”train” ride. I enjoyed my stay here so much that I extended it by 2 more days! The lady boss showed me around the countryside, and I also visited the kindergarten operated by her. I got to meet the cheerful kids in class!

WWuyandexinzangI booked two business single rooms (big beds). I arrived at the hotel at 12 o'clock in the evening. The front desk brother said that a colleague contacted me in the morning and discussed changing me to a double bed. I took out the call record. I picked up a Guangdong phone in the morning, and why did I agree to change the bed of 1.2 meters, and I am not stupid. The younger brother called his colleague. The voice was a woman. The attitude seemed to be not very good. The younger brother was good at calling the manager. The manager directly asked him to upgrade us to the suite (although the suite facilities are old, there may be fewer people living, and the smell is not good). Here I have to give the front desk brother a thumbs up. Also ask that so-called contact my colleague to see yourself and the manager's attitude and gap to customers!
