房間設施配置齊全，衞生間乾濕分離，洗澡水好，衞生好，住宿舒適。環境特別好，綠樹環繞，客房一幢幢小樓房坐落樹蔭之中，幽靜舒適，這不像旅遊匆匆過夜暫停的酒店，簡直是度假的好地方。服務好，尤其是前台接待，熱情、禮貌，職業素質高，就像度假莊園的大管家。有機會還會再來的。

房間衞生極差，服務極差，早餐已被旅行團一搶而空，餐食不補充，服務員懶的理你，莊園內飯店習慣了先買單才上菜，愛吃不吃，難吃的一塌糊塗。個人出行慎選，被旅行團拉去住也沒辦法。這是極差的酒店，奎屯也算是極差的旅遊途徑點。

衞生除了離市中心稍遠沒有別的問題，但我們去旅行自駕，所以不受影響
設施：三星酒店等級，該有的都有
衞生：挺乾淨，除了頂部花灑出水不是非常順利，其他都很好
環境：大，新疆普遍都大，但這家（重點）院子格外大，晚上散步心曠神怡
服務：禮貌友善

是本次新疆遊最滿意酒店之一。因為住不慣氈房，找了又找，奎屯市的酒店平常3星級都賣到1000多，這個莊園太讓我驚艷了。加了微信後，服務人員不斷跟進，怕找不到地方，還説給帶路。提醒3次。辦理入住很迅速，還送了果盤。
早餐簡單，北方吃的就這樣，能吃飽不要要求過高。

超級超級好，價格便宜，服務好，位置在高速附近，去賽里木湖之前在那兒住，裏面隨便停車，裏面有吃飯的地方，早餐。最重要很安靜，睡到10點也沒人打擾，是一個很好的度假村。
