攜程介紹23年開業，親身體驗感覺很舊啦，被套上還有沒有洗凈的污漬，插座也有鬆動，不太安全，前台美女很熱情，長者有問題回答也很耐心，點贊👍🏻，酒店就在奎屯火車站旁邊，門口坐車很方便，還有便利店，酒店停車場很大，住宿停車免費

酒店還不錯，房間夠大，生意還挺好，在大廳坐了會兒好多人來辦入住，地理位置好，就在火車站旁邊，這個價位能住到這個檔次的酒店真是不錯不錯，房間夠大，舒服，隔音也還好，雖然挨着火車站，但是一點都不吵，小夥伴放心沖

服務員服務態度很好，來住店推薦在攜程定，説在做活動，價格居然這麼低，非常感謝，但是提一點小建議，為什麼要把洗髮膏沐浴液放在洗手枱上，身體都淋濕了從淋浴間出來找洗滌用品，望能改進，但熱水不錯，細節再做好點就更好了

差點忘記評論，大家避雷！！這個酒店真的很差！！ 靠近火車站可能對於火車出行的朋友唯一優點。樓體陳舊，房間設施也不像新的。床單有毛髮污漬，換了一次還有！後來發現毛巾也有，噁心到了。床墊咯吱咯吱響。燒水壺臟，很多地方灰塵很多，讓人很不舒服。房間不隔音 窗外一直有噪音，房間也很冷。 電視小畫質也渣。房間配置真的差，招待所的感覺。一晚上沒休息好，隔了這麼久想起來都不舒服。這麼多評價不知道怎麼來的，大家注意甄別。還好照片沒刪完找到幾張

床墊子睡的不舒服，中間都是凹下去的，還咯吱響，衞生也欠佳，都沒打掃乾淨，好在服務態度很好，離火車站很近，出站就能看到，雖然就在火車站旁邊，但晚上一點都不吵

酒店很大，有3部電梯，去年才開業的，很新很乾凈，地理位置好，去市中心開車衹要8分鐘，辦理入住速度很快，熱水很大很舒服，房間有兩瓶免費礦泉水，大廳還能接水喝，前台熱心幫我接滿了一大壺，感謝

居然還有洗衣服，出差幾天了，衣服臟的雅痞，終於洗乾淨了，房間暖和，一晚上就幹了，這個價位住到這個酒店真是撿到寶了，離客運站很近，過個馬路就到了，客車直接能到烏魯木齊機場，很方便

在外出差住宿就喜歡住雙床房，睡一張床，另一張床可以放東西，休息時想看電影，半天沒弄出來，經理上來幫我調好WiFi，投屏看了電影，真的很感謝，以後出差來奎屯都會來的，有家的感覺
