Everything is good.. facing the sea and the lift bridge. parking is easy.. in front of the mon and in the front... the pool is not suitable for small children. .it's just a room like the old one....the towel is already thin and ready to tear...the aircond is not strong.... Overall 6/10...

It looks local accommodation and not clean room. The ants going a lot on the bed and washer room so far… The towels and ****s looks not clean… But we could find kindness staff and engineer when air conditioner in the room does not work.

Location near to mall and Drawbridge. Nice and fast service from Receptionist as we check in late at 6pm. The room is big and spacious but bathroom is a bit small. Amenities is there but lack toothpaste and toothbrush. So disappointed as the aircond really not functioning well. Still hot even being on for 6 hour. Please service your air condition.

Room was bad, beds were dirty, and air con was not cold. They dis offer us a new room. We went to the room o ly to find that the air con there is broken. Staff were lazy watching Malaysian war movies on the showcase TV. Shopkeeper never greeted us. Pool was lazy being a square filled with water and only 2 options for breakfast food. Gym and lobby was very hot and gym looked like a gym slaves would use being 6 pieces of equipment line up. Would not recommend.

The room was bad. The bathroom was very small. The swimming pool is just a square of water. The staff is watching TV on the hotel tv. The gym looks like a an underwater gym efore being flooded.Its just 6 pieces of broken equipment laid on the floor. The air conditioning did not work. Had to change room but the air conditioning still did not work. Will definitely rate it a 0 put of 5. I wouldn't go back for a million dollars.
