Location is great staff and the best thing in this hotel is swimming pool much better

the view of the city is perfect. rooftop pool is more beautiful than in the picture. the hotel is very clean. I am glad that I washed all the clothes that I could not wash during the trip. The washing machine had a dryer, so it saved a lot of time. I would like to express my sincere thanks to the reception staff who very kindly helped me when I needed to print some urgent documents.

First of all, I went to the hotel at 3pm and failed to check in. The front desk staff said that I had to wait. I asked again at 3:30pm and still failed to check in. There is no luggage storage service, and it is not safe to leave it in the lobby. Luggage left. The service attitude of the staff is not good!
There are no restaurants and shops near the hotel. You have to call grab to get in and out. The wi-fi in the room cannot be used due to the password. The door cannot be automatically locked. The sound insulation of the dual key unit is poor.
The good thing is that the room is neat and clean, the big bed is comfortable, and there are fitness and swimming facilities on the top floor, but it takes a long time to wait for the elevator during busy hours.
