There is good and not good enough. Good thing there is channel for live EPL specially during weekends. Location is near to KLCC. Staff overall is responsive and assist
well.
In the other hand Breakfast was average. Room felt
outdated. Tv no screen mirror/cast. Shower and bathub leak. there is alot can be improved. Just my opinion

The room is nice...design like an apartment haha..the room is spacious..toilet clean but in my toilet there was a leak from the lamp and the staff took action immediately...
Staff are friendly... KLCC is walking distance...sooo close..saloma bridge too... My view is Malay cemetery...hotel that people "check in" but never check out... I don't mind with the view.. but if it gives you a chills,just ask hotel to not give you a cemetery view...
I highly recommended this hotel...

Best ever hotel in town. Room was spacious. Staff is friendly and so helpful. There are lot of food selection nearby the hotel. I will definitely come again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is fantastic, just a short walk to KLCC, making it super convenient for sightseeing and shopping. The cleanliness of the hotel is top-notch – everything was spotless, from the lobby to the rooms.
The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, giving me a great night’s sleep every night. I also appreciated the little details like the shampoo provided; it had a refreshing serai (lemongrass) scent that made my shower experience even more enjoyable.
Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for comfort and convenience in the heart of KL!

What more can i say and that is EXCELLENT! THE BEST CHOICE I EVER MADE. PLEASE COME HERE, THEIR FOOD SMELL AMAZING BUT I HAD NEVER HAD TIME TO TRY BUT I SEE MANY GUEST FILLED WITH HAPPINESS ON THEIR FACE WHEN DINING IN. KEEP IT UP THE GOOD WORK. YOU DESERVE 6 STARS! I SLEEP ALL THE WAY TO THE END, THE TOWEL, THE BEDSHEET SOO SPARKLING CLEAN! WHICH IS TOTAL ZERO DIRT IN MY VIEW. ESPECIALLY LOVE THEIR CLEANLINESS. THIS 6 STARS IN MY OPINION, VERY NICE AND CLEAN! I SLEEP SO SOUNDLY EVEN THOUGH I FALL ASLEEP LATE.

It’s comfy, but the location is a bit far from the center . And the pillows are smelly.😔 and the view is the cemetery and it’s scary.

I stayed at this hotel because of the location, near KLCC. However, I'm a bit disappointed as I found hairs in the toilet and the wooden floor had dents. The breakfast was so so.
