What I like about Konune Living is its variety of room types, which cater to different travel needs at reasonable prices. When travelling with kids or a family of four or five, I can choose rooms such as the Thinker Two or Artist One Plus Loft. The rooms also come with a small living area and pantry, making them ideal for family gatherings and interaction. The rooftop infinity pool on the 28th floor is another highlight. While it is a little small, it offers stunning city views and a beautiful sunset backdrop. The property is conveniently located, about 15 minutes from the town centre. The room's soundproofing was somewhat lacking, as noise from outside traffic, the corridor, and the unit above was clearly audible. The headroom of the bedroom is a little bit low and feels somewhat cramped, especially in the Artist Studio Loft.

Komune Living offers a comfortable and practical stay, especially for travelers looking for a good balance between convenience and facilities. The environment is modern and clean, with a more relaxed residential-style atmosphere compared to a traditional hotel. The location is also convenient, making it easy to get around the city or access nearby food and daily essentials. One nice touch is the Starbucks located downstairs, which makes mornings much easier for coffee lovers ☕ The hotel comes with a variety of facilities, giving the property more of a lifestyle-living concept. Short-term guests can still enjoy amenities like the swimming pool and gym, which are well maintained and suitable for relaxing after a long day. Some additional facilities are mainly designed for long-term or monthly residents, so fully accessing everything may depend on the type of stay. Overall, Komune Living is a solid option for travelers who want a comfortable environment, decent facilities, and a good location without feeling overly formal.

We enjoyed the breakfast the most, a wide variety of choices for food available. The swimming pool is great as well.

Komune living is convenient nearby a food court and to the metro is a 15min walk, the building is modern, nearby busy road with some traffic noise, staff are slow at checking in…. Overall it’s an ok place to stay for 2 or 3 days

The room is the big and the loction is quite near to University LRT station. The room is got provided mineral water machine near the lift at each floor

1. Hotel seevice: I am not satisfied. I arrived around 11:15am, approached counter staff to check if any possibility for early check in as bringing a 5 years old kids along. The staff said no, only after 2pm. No early check-in allowed. OK, I wait patiently 1:30pm, which is another 30 min. From 2 pm., another staff informed the same thing, check in after 2pm. The lobby waiting areas limited with chairs.. Not convenient for customers, waiting area next to toilet and smoking area. My experience : very rigid hotel policy. The lobby arrangement is not proper as possibility of the customers inhaling 2nd hand smoke is high. 2. Poor sound proof : I was give a room at 8th floor and facing another residential condo. The window not properly sealed, the LRT noise was disturbing from 5:30am to 12 midnight. The LRT noise reflection is very loud via the unsealed windows and main door. Sound proof when closing doors sound can clearly heard from upstairs and next door. My experience : we rarely can sleep well. Very disturbing sleep. 3. Breakfast: cafe packed with people, staffs arrangement poor as not enough staffs to clear the tables and refill empty dishes. Anyway, the food is so so only. Local coffee shop food, if your room didn't come with breakfast, not worth to purchase breakfast ya. 4. Parking: flat rate of RM6 for hotel custome each entry... 5. Facilities: arcades room and adult swimming pools available. Bring your own bottles to enjoy the free flow of ice water and hot water from the water dispenser. Schedule shuttle bus is not operating daily, there won't be any shuttle bus service when the driver is onleave (maybe they have only 1 shuttle bus driver). To be honest, this is an not satisfactory stays.
