Usually, I pick hotels by their reviews and price range and I am a thrifty traveller. This, (Feb 2024) is the second time I have been at the Ceria. I found the front desk staff to be absolutely fabulous and friendly with good English, etc. The problem is, the less expensive rooms in the smaller building, don't have an elevator to them so the stairs are the "method".....But they have just updated and have an elevator in the second, updated building so my knees are much happier. It is right behind Times Square Mall and easy walking distance to Jalan Alor Food Street. Great location I will use the term that it is a great little Hotel and not outrageously priced.

No strairs in here so...my leg is broken when i cek in and want to save my koper in the room...no window here...so far aways to go anywhere...cant walk...i never back here to stay in hotel

situated between two malls, berjaya times square and lalaport..alot of eatery around..lively neighboorhood... beside club..so expect to hear bass beat till morning 🤣

The staffs was very nice. The location is so near and so many local food and 24/7 shop. Awesome place thank you

The room is abit old, TV is not working. it’s time for a renovation. Location is superb, walking distance to lots of malls. The service is good, staffs are friendly and approachable. Towels and all-in-one shampoo are provided, you just have to bring your own toothbrush/ toothpaste.

Overall is good. The location is good although the hotel room is small and at midnight there is a noisy sound.

Location : Going to Zepp for an event . The hotel is exactly opposite Zepp and lalaport . Quite new mall in KL . Hotel service : staff very friendly and nice . Hotel cleanliness /amenities : slightly rusty on the basin table’s stand leg . Bed is comfortable but don’t really like the pillows . Air-con( if not wrong ), centralised . Which we can’t adjust the temperature. Overall : good stay .

Aircon is good. Location near berjaya time sq. Good enough for solo traveller.
