The room was more spacious than i thought it was. The room and the bed was comfortable to stay with my girlfriend. The view from the room staring the skyscrapers was immensely beautiful especially on the roof top swmming pool. Overrall the cleanliness of the room was fairly clean and the service was great. Waiting the lift took quite some time during peak hours for meals but the overall experience was good. Definitely will visit again!

Pros:
1. Convenient to travel by Grab
2. Infinity pool
3. Rm5 for parking
4. Huge room w 2 Queen beds
Cons:
1. Floor mat doesn't serve its purpose as didn't dry our feet after shower. Suggest to provide cotton floor mat instead of rubber mat.
2. WiFi is slow.
3. Suggest to mop the floor with better floor cleaner cos the moment we step in the floor is sticky.
4. Lift gets busy by 9am. So propose to check out either before 9am or after 11am.

The place was even better than the pictures! Amazingly clean, modern, cozy, quiet, equipped with anything someone might need to feel at home and more importantly everything worked perfectly.
A few minutes walk from the twin towers, shopping centers and nigh markets.
Mr. Erfan was extremely kind and helped us a lot with our stay, we really appreciate it.
Ps. Don’t forget to try the swimming pool and gym on 47th and 48th floors!

The room itself was amazing. It looked like a fully furnished and decorated apartment in the downtown area. Check in and check out was very simple. My only gripe would be checking in and out seemed a little weird because you can’t talk to the people at the front desk to check in or out. An individual worker had to be called down, and when I was trying to check out, I was told to go to the second floor to return my keys, and when I went there, the worker who came to the door clearly had just woken up by me knocking on his door, even though they knew I was checking out at 9 AM. it just seemed a little weird, but not that big of an issue. Finally, I wish the workers had told me I need to turn on the water heater by myself. I just assumed for three days I could only take a cold shower, just to realize the morning that I was leaving that there’s a button outside of the bathroom that you have to personally turn on for the water heater to work. Overall a great room and a great location, I suggest it

Stayed at Scarletz KLCC by Soulasia for 5 nights and it was the most amazing experience. Walking distance to the Petronas towers. The location is perfect and the view from the apartment and the rooftop pool is absolutely stunning. The bed was super comfy. The photos are just as advertised, the entire building is completely modern and has a luxurious feel to it! I didn’t want to leave. 10/10 would definitely return!
