Santa Grand Classic Kuala Lumpur, Chinatown

The location is convenient; even in heavy rain, you don't need an umbrella to walk to the Central Market. There's a supermarket, restaurants, and beverage shops nearby. The hotel staff are polite and thoughtful. Unfortunately, during my stay, there was a music party nearby, and loud music played throughout the entire night.

If you're looking for a bad review, I'm your person 😌. Let me thoroughly review this dreadful hotel. How did it ever get a four-star rating? 1. **Extremely Small Space:** Don't trust their photos; the actual room is about 10 square meters. Looking back, they probably didn't list the room size for this very reason. And don't be fooled by their pool!!! 2. **Significant Light Leakage from the Door:** One room [201] had a door directly facing the bed, with so much light leaking in that it was impossible to sleep. 3. **Loud Air Conditioning:** On the bright side, thanks to the AC, I couldn't hear any noise from the hallway at all. 4. **No Door Damper:** You can't even keep the door open for a moment; it just swings shut automatically. Forget about visiting other rooms. It was a terrible experience; definitely avoid this hotel. This was our first time entering Kuala Lumpur, and we booked this hotel. My whole family was dumbfounded – it was expensive and awful. Perhaps it was divine intervention, but we were lucky enough to see incredibly beautiful sunsets on our trips to Kota Kinabalu and our second entry into Kuala Lumpur (where we stayed at a hotel apartment, P2).

The best part is its proximity to Central Market, and even better, it has a bathtub 🛁

The place is impressively clean. Excellent location.
