Outstanding staycation experience.
Room is clean and spacious, it's surprisingly that bed is comfortable. Soundproof is good and had a nice sleep whole night.
Hotel is next to Central Market, Chinatown, restaurants, convenient shop etc. . Walking distance to MRT/LRT station.
Hotel has small swimming pool which can see sunset view.
My kids and I very satisfy this hotel's experiences.

Great locations next to central market and few min walks to petaling street and merdeka square, there are convenient stores within walking distance, at night there are a lot of food choices outside of the hotel, staffs are all very welcoming and friendly, breakfast choices are quite good, hot water for showering take times to heat up, birds chirping were quite loud as our room were next to the trees, you will see homeless man outside of the hotel but they are harmless tbh

Overall is good. The location is strategic where nearby have alot of foods. Just small concern is outside hotel have some homeless people

I traveled with 7 members family. We loved to stay here. Those are closed at central market, Petaling street market, atm, 7/11 shop and many more. We reached at the hotel around 10 pm due to my flight got delay for 3 hours. Reception staff very helpfull in our checked in and what I asked about service airport and local food at night. Sorry I forget her name, she used sunglasses. Thank you madam for helping us.

Easy to check in and check out. Cosy hotel room, friendly reception staff, valet service felt like vvip, swimming pool overall good place to stay, chill and relax. Near to Petaling Street, Central Market, Kasturi Walk and many eateries, soft bed to catch movies . Will come back again thumbs up! Room surfaces abit dusty and surrounding area a lot of homeless people so rating one star down.

The location is unbeatable - literally across from Central Market and a 5-10 minute walk away from many historical and tourist attractions.
The Studio room was clean, spacious, and nicely furnished - I didn't use the bathtub but it looked nice.
The aircon blows cold, very refreshing.
Just a few minor downsides:
- there wasn't always hot water available from the shower
- the sink appeared to have a minor leak
More positives:
- the older security guard was friendly and very helpful
- the swimming pool was clean, and there was even a treadmill and some weights available
Overall, I would definitely return to this hotel if I visited KL again.
