Contacting the agent is an issues, need to seek help from the guard to call the foreign number. As we were expecting a check in lobby but ended an agent came to give us the room card and wanted 200 ringgit for its deposit, passport page was also photo taken. No explanation, zero communication.
Upon checking the room, only 2 sets of amenities and toiletries as we paid for 3. Thot of they will top up next day but no room cleaning service or top up of amenities.
Basically it is a Service Apartment without Services.

01. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting KL.. Overall, I had a great experience with the service.. staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a birthday weekend.would recommend this property to my family's & friend.. tq
