As for the hotel, nothing to say, super good facilities. The downside is that the night we arrived, we arrived after check-in time (due to the delay of our flight), and despite having notified the situation in advance, they did not want to give us a solution. It wasn't until we arrived and insisted a little that in the end they sent us to an ”apart hotel” very close and they assumed the cost. We understand that at that time the system did not allow them to give us our room, but having notified us 4 hours in advance, I think they could have done something more to help us, in short, there was not so much collaboration and desire to help from the hotel. Other than that, it was a good stay.

We stayed 3 nights and was well impressed. We had been hesitant as all the Ksamil hotels are relatively cheap. The hotel was clean and the cleaners are evident in the communal areas. Breakfast was nice and fresh and ommlette cooked to order no exrra charge. Staff genuinely warm and helpful. We did half day at Butrint archilogical site well worth seeing and also drove to Peret to natural thermal spring a long drive through Girokaster. We had a superior side sea view room which was good size for 3 nights. Paradise beach just 5 mins away walk was nice and only 10 mins further to the main beach and view of the 3 islands.

We have been guests of this hotel recently and we have spent a pleasant stay. Ida, who manages the building, is very nice, always kind, smile and available with all guests. It was really a pleasure 😊 Strategic location: near the only free beach of Ksamil as well as in the center, but not in the middle of the ******. The comfortable beds and comfortable room, the only bad little bathroom, but still functional, and the soundlessness of the room; fortunately we were all very quiet guests so we had no problems of any kind.
