This is not your typical review. Much must be revealed about our experience. We have never been anywhere in the world where the entire staff made every day very special. If you are inclined to make friends with a hotel staff this is the place with open arms. The hotel was magnificent along with accommodations, the Gavi Restaurant should qualify for a Michelin Star, so should the bedding and pillows,but again, it was the staff that truly made our stay. These are our friends; the receptionists are Zofia,Weronika Natalie,Ilona,Rafal,Michal. The bellboys are Michal,Dominik,Wojciech,Jakob,Max Breakfast staff,Claudia,Gabrysia,Joanna The extraordinary Gavi restaurant Staff includes Krzysztof,Manu and the Third level Sommelier Mateusz. Yes they have the Wine Spectator Award for excellence the last three years. If you wish for the ultimate in enjoyment and relaxation Bachleda Luxury Hotel is the place. Book a river view room with club lounge access. Great lounge with amazing afternoon beverage and snacks offering. The breakfast is the best ever had. Big variety and great service staff. The location Is the best in the city close to wawel castle and only some minutes walk from the main marker square. Krakow is beautiful city. Authentic buildings and many restaurants and cafes . Very friendly city for bike and walks.

The room is large, there is a place to put the box, but the bed is not big, not far from the old town and the train station, probably in the middle. There is a music school in the hotel, and there are always students from the college who are practicing the piano and passing out beautiful music. I don’t know if the air conditioner in the room is broken, not too cool, the house is quite tidal, the other is ok, there is breakfast, but the variety can not eat much.

We needed a calm budget place where would be possible to rest and to see Krakow a little bit because our plans changed every day. We have found this hotel and stayed here for 4 nights. The room with own toilet and shower, windows to the calm small street. The small kitchen with everything that we needed for fast cooking is next to the room Guest rooms on Cibulskogo - it is a great location: everything is in a few minutes of walking: the main square and the Castle across the nice city park. As well as shops, cafes and main city railway station are close to the hotel. But the most important in this hotel is - the people who work there. They touched our hearts when cared about us like beloved kids. A huge thank you Pawel, Domenik, Patricia, and Julia; we have only the best wishes for you.
