Overall very good stay, just that housekeeping need to improve, when we checked in only one towel given, the next day after they clean our room only one towel given too, floor mat is wet but they don’t change.

Good design internal and everything was pretty new. The staff there were kind and friendly.
We were upgraded to another better room type due to the hygiene issue from the room assigned to us. There were breadcrumbs and hair from the previous guest when we entered. The new room we swapped to was much nicer however the basket close to sink was still moulded so we had to ask for a replacement.
The hotel itself is located in a complex building that is used for other commercial and residential purposes as well. (Check google street view) It is a bit far from the city center except for the Imago mall - though you still have to cross the road. It is close to the main road and the outside feels a bit chaotic. The noise didn’t bother us that much however your room view on the grand road is not guaranteed - your view might be the apartments next to you.
If I were able to choose again, I might go with other city hotels than this one. I wouldn’t rate it a bad hotel but for me it is a disappointment because there are better choices.

The room is spacious and clean but it is a boutique hotel. The lift and staircase has no air con. Breakfast ran out at 9am and they don’t replenish it. We went out to eat instead. It’s a drive away to the jetty and the airport.

Luma Hotel was incredible and very clean! It had a pleasant fragrance throughout. The bellboy and attendant were outstanding. The hotel is conveniently located next to Imago Shopping Mall—just a short walk across a bridge. It’s also near several convenience stores and Chagee. The staff provided excellent service, assisting us by storing our luggage while we waited for our flight. Our room was spacious and comfortable.

The staffs are friendly. Got a free upgrade to a bigger room. The room is clean and the beds are comfy. Imago shopping mall is within walking distance.

The hotel is very comfy, modern, smells good and the staffs are very friendly too.. can walk to Imago.. nonetheless, a lot of food choices around the hotel..
