Kipriotis Aqualand Hotel

The animation team, who were polite and courteous at all times, they were not too pushy but still encouraged you to participate in activities. The rooms were a good size altough very dated and the bathroom in 825 kept flooding. There wasn’t enough plug sockets in the rooms. Food was very basic and repetitive, the same every day. Not much variation and if you went into the restaurant when it opened the food was cold. The air conditioning did not get turned on until June the rooms at night were very hot and stifling and found it hard to sleep as it was clammy The pool was green on the pool wall at one end and the kids got green on there swim tops, this didn’t get removed all the time we were there. Unfortunately because of the location, rooms and food we won’t be coming back to the Kipriotis aquapafk

We went for an all inclusive week in aqualand and that's what we had food was quite literally all you can eat and enough choice for most, the drinks are quite literally all you can drink, staff are all very friendly and helpful (treat them as you'd like to be treated) special mention goes to Kostas who me and my friend Andy befriended really good barman, Kos town is only a ten euro taxi ride away if you fancy something different lots of bars and restaurants all within walking distance of each other. Would definitely recommend.

Very clean and well maintained. Lovely welcoming staff. Kids activities all day and mini disco at night which was a hit. Beautiful scenery. Highly recommended. Flexible times for meals and large selection of local and continental cuisine. Thank you all so much it has been wonderful.

We had a very nice stay. The staff was super friendly and helpfull (thanks Betty!), an ld the food and drinkt were great. We had a familieroom with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, everyday cleaning and clean towels. You can use the bathtowels for the pool from the hotel, so more space in your suitcase for other stuff. I recommed this locaties to everyone!

Great place lovely staff Food a bit dry but some was nice and new changes and lovely The Barman was Amazing Hoasmn I think his name is might be wrong on spelling but he he was the main on I saw and he was great and surprised that I downed 5 whiskys hahaha

We’re still currently here but I thought it was important to just put peoples minds at ease! We arrived Thursday late evening, the staff were incredible helping with our cases and showed us where we could get food since we were so hungry! The reception staff are just amazing! And worries and there always at hand to help. There is a shuttle bus down to the beach, yes it’s on a hill but there happy to shuttle you around to your block if necessary you just need to ask! The pools are clean and the rooms are a lovely size. The views are beautiful and to be quite honest this food is amazing!!!! I’m loving it all. The alcohol is definitely not watered down! And the bar staff are absolutely lovely! We still have 8 days left and I’m just so happy we came and didn’t listen to stupid reviews! As a family we thank this hotel for being exactly what we needed for our holiday! And a massive thanks to all staff for being just lovely 🥰 I would definitely come back again!!

Excellent Hotel and very friendly Staff and so helpful, we struggled with the door and they helped straight away, you have to turn it all the way right and pull towards you and then it turn the lock a little more to the right and it will open, Betty in the restaurant was lovely and helpful and informative absolutely mega, lovely choice of food and drink in the restaurant and you can also go to the panorama hotel which is 5 star and you can see Turkey so clearly, it is just next door to aqualand and you can go in the free just tell them your room number and reservation will be made, all friendly and round fabulous and you get fit from the big hill walk haha

Lots of people have complained about this place but we had a great time we are even returning next month, the pools were clean and a good temperature, so much there for kids as well as adults, the food was amazing great choice every single night there was something different, the views from the room were lovely, the shuttle bus was there every 10-30 mins to take you down to the bottom the cleaners were so kind, the animation team were brilliant too, seen people moaning about the bar men not everyone has good days, some days they could be a little grumpy but others they were brilliant, would definitely recommend and go again and again!!!!

We visited in September as a family of 4 (children are 3 year old & 7 months old). We did have a lovely holiday but unfortunately there hotel wasn’t as family friendly as we were expecting. To start on a positive - the food was lovely and there was plenty of choice for lunch and dinner. The house wine was drinkable and you help yourself during meal times or order from the bars in between. We were upgraded to a one bedroom family room instead of the studio that we booked, and this worked very well for our family - thank you. The kids club was fabulous. They were very friendly and won over our very shy 3 year old. The bed was very comfy and the Air-con was powerful (maybe a bit too powerful). The cleaners came daily and towels were changed. We had a room overlooking the side of the pool and had a very short walk from to both pools and the restaurant which was very handy with the two kids and pram. We had lots of fun in the pools, but they can be quite deep. The negatives - the room was very run down, things like cracked tiles, missing light shades, rusty taps. We were only given one key which was a pain. To rent a pool towel it’s €10 per towel but it has to be cash, so we ended our holiday with cash that we didn’t need to use. Would have been better if we could have paid the deposit by card of if it was less of a deposit we wouldn’t have had so much cash left over. All drinks from any bar are served in single use plastic cups (!) these are small and blow away in the wind and seem like a real waste. Other AI resorts we’ve been to have upgraded to washable plastic cups which would be better. Reception were quite rude and not very helpful each time we had to deal with them. There are lifeguards on duty the whole time but they seem to do nothing. We saw two near drownings (!) and they didn’t bat an eyelid - one father had to jump in to save his kid and the lifeguard just watched on, didn’t check they were ok etc. the pool area in general is a bit dirty. Shoes were only on the amphitheater twice during the week we were there, other nights it was in the restaurant bar. More shows should have been in the theatre area it’s much better Most staff were friendly but we didn’t have any glowing reviews of anyone in particular like lots of other people have written about. (Apart from the kids club - you’re fab!) Family friendly - they could have done better for babies. We needed to clean and sterilise baby bottles and really struggled, there wasn’t any dishwashing liquid in the room despite there being a kitchenette. I asked at reception hoping they’d have a small sachet but nope. We had to buy some from the shop to clean the bottles. There isn’t a microwave in the room to sterilise the bottles like we normally do, but luckily we took cold water sterilising tablets. Our baby didn’t like the taste it left on the bottles and when we asked if we could use the microwave in the restaurant outside of meal times, we were told we couldn’t (seriously, who wants t
