Good location at the river/ lake, close to old “down town”. Dining “only fine dining”.
Rooms clean and bid, bath room clean. Breakfast is ok.

This was my second time staying at this hotel and I found it practical and pleasant. The rooms are of a nice size and quiet (including quiet air conditioning). The bathrooms are rather utilitarian but fine. Everything was quite clean. The hallways of the hotel are quite stark and a bit of a turn-off. Carpets are aging, paint is chipped off the walls, with vending machines like in a cheap motel. Overall a good experience but not special.

Located in new area on nth side river. Easy to get to on bus from train station. 20 minute walk to city center (as long as you don’t get run over by an e- bike). Shopping center across street. Free bus pass for period of our stay was an unexpected and valuable extra. Business style hotel with nice decent sized rooms, AC, good breakfast. If it had mini-fridge and in room coffee this would be a 5 star. Staff very professional. They recommended renting a bike from Zweirad Wagenknecht where we got bikes for lovely ride on bike path from hotel to Insel Reichenau.

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. It is quite corporate looking and doesn’t have much of an atmosphere. The room was fine and the bed very comfortable. There was no fridge in the room nor any coffee and tea making facilities. Only a bar of soap and tiny Rituals body lotion in bathroom. Parking in the car park next to the hotel costs £20 per 24 hours as the car park does not belong to the hotel and it’s the only car park nearby. Breakfast is 20 euros pp but there is a lot of choice. You have to pay 10 euros pp to use the sauna and they charge 5 euros pp if you want to swim in the river and need a towel.

A little out of the way, probably fine if weather is nice as a pleasant walk along the river to the town but not when it’s wet!
Reception could have been more helpful in highlighting facilities, transport arrangements. Maybe lacked a concierge.

This hotel comes up as "Pet Friendly" (travelling with a dog, so this was the main reason we picked this hotel). In fact just 3 rooms out of the 99 rooms are "Pet Friendly". If you are unfortunate enough to turn up and these rooms are not available, you have the pleasure of paying an extra €50 for a deep clean. The trick is they let you stay and will confirm the supplement the next day.

Lovely modern Hotel on the river, easy parking in the underground next door .Great view from the studio room on the top floor . Cafe amenities and very spacious bathroom . . Beautifully decorated rooms , very clean . Lovely breakfast. buffet . Lovely walk into town and it’s away from the bustle of the town centre . Would definitely stay again .

We have visited Konstanz many times and this was our first time staying overnight in this lovely town. The hotel is outside from the old time, but easy access by bus, even possible to walk from the train station. Many shopping places around and beautiful view of the river. We had oil massage and it was amazing. The hotel itself is clean and modern. We are basically satisfied with what we got.
