It was a very nice beach and the cabins were fine but the hard access made a bit tricky.
Also the service was not the best. Specially the reception.
The restaurant guy, Leo, made it up for the not friendly receptionist.
There’s not much to do and the pool was closed the two days we were there so it was a bit boring. But it’s ok to unwind and relax I guess

I had FOUR different bookings because they won’t let me book two rooms at the rate they appear.
As they were speculating with fool look party, they wanted to keep rooms available to overcharge last minute.

Actually never made it the property. Upon arriving in phangan, I was informed that I would have to take another boat to access the resort. I decided that it wasn't convenient enough so I stayed at a more convenientI location. Heard the beach is really nice.

Awful, DO NOT BOOK. Nothing was stated that it’s impossible to get taxi to this resort and have to get a taxi to the other side of the island and a taxi boat to this resort anywhere. We got to the island last 7pm and was unable to get boat round anyways and was left stranded with no other option than to book another resort. Resort was not interested in offering any refund after spending £300 too.

The location is only accessible through taxi boat.
That was not communicated to me
My son was biten by a street dog and we needed to go the hospital every day so the location was very problematic
Unfortunately the manager refused to give us a refund, showed no understanding nor willingness to find an arrangement and was even insulting.
I don't recommend this place!!

Great staff, good food, clean room. A bit of rubbish on the beach but the staff takes care of it.
