So this crazy woman (me) showed up a day early.........and the angel lady at the front desk got on the phone and called hotels in Klamath Falls until she found one for us - unbelievable - so kind and caring. I will NEVER get over it. So, about our darling cabin, #11, right on the creek - furnished perfectly, very clean, and what we didn't bring, their little store provided! You can't go wrong if you want to visit the Crater Lake National Park - beautiful, quiet, and don't forget to hike their trail across the creek - precious! I would return there again and again, as would my hubby!

Great experience. Christopher and his wife have done a great job renovating this property that they purchased 18 months ago. Chemult is a very small city, the closest to visiting Crater Lake recreational area. All hotels and businesses are located between train tracks in the back and highway in the front. Eagle Crater Lake Inn is set back from the main highway, so the hotel is very quiet. The lamps on the tables on each side of the bed are on a 'rheostat' which I have never experienced in a hotel before. This made it very nice to be able to adjust the light brightness. We stayed at 7 different hotels on our 2 week trip, and the Eagle Crater Lake Inn was by far, the most comfortable bed and pillows. Great Columbian coffee was available with a breakfast of selection of bagels, toast, english muffins and hot oatmeal in the main office. To some, this hotel may seem a little high in price, but when you consider the number of days during the year the surrounding recreational areas are open, and Chemult is the closest to these areas, the price is very reasonable. I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you Christopher for a great stay! Peggy

GGuest UserThe only reason we stayed here is our power was scheduled to be off all night in our local town. So we booked a room. We had stayed here before. Prior to the update. First things first; it’s a 4 story hotel and only ice machines on floor 1 and 3. This isn’t convenient. 2nd. When they did the upgrades they failed to put the sofa back. Seriously? Where are two people supposed to sit? There is one chair in the corner and one chair at the desk. I guess a couple isn’t supposed to sit together? This is just ridiculous. And not comfortable at all! We asked the front desk and she said all the rooms are that way. But we can get you a folding chair. UM NO I can drive to the nearest store and buy one.. Horrible. The size of the dining room is small too. I can only imagine breakfast will be no place to sit. Sorry Holiday in for the 180.00 we paid for the room you didn’t make it convenient at all. And we will not ever stay here again. Very disappointed!
This was expensive for what it is. I'm not sure what it is trying to be - crossed between a hotel and a motel, but not really either. Check in was painfully slow, just one lady on reception and they have a complicated system with their door codes where they use you're phone number but the lady has to do that then show you how it works, the lady ahead of me couldn't get hers to work so the receptionist had to them leave everyone in reception to go and let her in. The room was clean and tidy, I'd say it was a motel room at a hotel price. Not really in the best location for being near things, but that's not their fault. A pretty neutral experience really.
GGuest UserI went in for a signature facial and had Sephra as my esthetician. I had a wonderful experience. The facial felt great and the neck, shoulder and arm massage was very relaxing. Sephra was very knowledgeable and kind. The spa itself was clean and calming; just what you want in a spa! The online booking process was very easy. I’ll be back for other treatments.
JJere FOur choice of places to stay was based on pet-friendly and decent accommodations, and Shilo Inn was that. Convenient to the highway and near a grocery store, which were two other of our considerations. The room was reasonably priced and quite large, with a king sized bed and a sitting area. When the people in the room above us arrived around midnight, it got noisy. Very noisy. The sound insulation didn’t seem adequate. Should you go there, be prepared to bring a plug in with USB outlets to charge your devices. Our stay was just one night and very pleasant other than the caveats above.
Alaina at the front desk was extremely helpful when we checked in and through out our stay. She went above and beyond in meeting our needs. Our room was clean and comfortable. I requested a roll in shower when I called to make this reservation with Joyce. We received an accessible room with a tub and a bench, not a roll in shower. Alaina did her best to make me comfortable in this situation. Joyce, please reserve a roll in shower when requested.
GGuest UserWe stayed here 1 night as it was close to crater lake national park and we were on a road trip to there from SF. We stayed due to TripAdvisor ratings and it didn’t disappoint. We just turned up and booked same day. Staff were helpful. The room was a good size and was warm, nice and clean. The beds were comfortable and sleep quality is excellent. Shower and bathroom were great. The hotel is close to shops and restaurants and was very quiet. Free parking and breakfast was good with a nice variety of options. Would stay again happily.
胡胡From Lake Tahoe to Portland, the hotel is generally good, breakfast is OK, the hotel is located in the town, the surrounding is fully furnished, it is worth mentioning that there is a big Wal-Mart in the vicinity for a few miles, open 24 hours.
GGuest UserBoth rooms I had over 2 weeks we're non-smoking yet stunk like cigarettes. The air conditioner louvers are smashed out on both rooms. The breakfast is a joke sliced white and wheat bread with jelly or butter or cereal. If you work during the day and come back to the room at night you will have nothing to do there are only 12 channels on their cable TV. Most of them are infomercial channels. There is TNT which plays soap operas, Fox News and weather channel, that's it.
