The hotel, & staff were all Amazing! So friendly..Food fabulous,So clean, can’t fault it at all , the spa was fantastic with very professional staff, loved our experience, so much we went twice in the wk we were there, we will be back definitely,

We wers here second time. All is really nice. Some eco friendly changes are visible, as there were not fridges with bottled water, but it was fine. We had a room in building 33, where air conditioner was heard, but it was not a big noise. The best are ice creams! Overall food, room and stuff are great, as it was last year.

Palm Garden is a beautiful hotel, very well kept by friendly and attentive staff. Reception team make you feel so welcome on arrival, the quality and choice of food in the main restaurant is amazing and the bar staff really put themselves out to make your holiday special. When we visited there was no problem finding a lounger around the pool, and the range of daytime activities was extensive. Evening entertainment was also of a high standard. Palm Garden enjoys a lovely beach front setting, but for guests looking to explore a little it is rather remote, unless of course you take the opportunity to book excursions. The grounds are extensive, however, and the illuminated walkway in the evenings is particularly impressive. Certainly made a lasting impression on us.

We've just got back from two weeks at this hotel. Arrival We arrived at the hotel at around 23:30 after a pretty lengthy transfer from Antalya airport. We received a very warm welcome from the staff and were shown to a table to complete our check in; as we had completed the online check in on the "Blue App", this took less than 5 minutes, in which time we were also served a glass of cherry tea which was a nice touch. After the check in was completed, we were handed our room and towel cards and walked to our room as our luggage was taken on a buggy. After a tour of our room, we went to the restaurant, where we were provided with a meal which was very nice, as we had arrived very hungry. The Room The rooms are nearly excellent. We stayed in block 34 near the children's pool, but the soundproofing is great. They are clean, spacious and comfortable, as well as being bright and modern. There is more than enough storage space for two guests (which was an issue we had staying in a Tui hotel last year) as well as a functional bathroom, with a great shower, and a very comfy, albeit twin, bed. The wifi is also excellent too. There were however, a few very minor issues we had. As a British guest, the TV is not the best as most of the channels are in either German or Turkish; while we were totally fine watching comedy central each evening, it could get a little jarring for other guests. Also the view from our balcony wasn't that great but as the hotel is on one single level, that was to be expected. Furthermore, the shower does seem unable to maintain it's temperature as it suddenly went really cold, to really hot, but this is an issue that we've had at Turkish hotels previously. Our biggest complaint about the room is the aircon though. I understand that the hotel is environmentally conscious, but not being able to adjust the temperature of your air-conditioning kind of defeats the point of having aircon in my eyes. Food As with the rooms, the food was almost excellent. The main restaurant is clean and there is space inside and out as well as an adults only areas for 16+ diners. The food is a buffet style, as to be expected from an all-inclusive, but the quality is very good. Breakfast included pastries, pancakes and waffles, omelettes, cereals, yoghurt, cold meats and cheeses as well as sausage, beans and eggs each morning, which while nice, did get a little repetitive after a while. There are two options for lunch, with the main restaurant serving food as well as the Purple Turtle restaurant serving food too, albeit for a longer period of time. The food in the restaurant is very similar to that at dinner, although the tacos were very good. At the Purple Turtle, you have a choice of burger, baked potatoes, Pizza, salad and sweet and savoury pancakes. There is also coffee and cake at the Purple Turtle with a selection of biscuits and cookies. We have just returned from a family holiday in this superb hotel & felt the urge to compliment the entire hotel staff for making our stay so memorable!! We arrived late on 3/8 and were greeted by the friendly, Dila,who provided us with the comforting reassurance that our every need would be attended to without exception & this was certainly our experience from start to finish!! The hotel, pool, gardens & proximity to the beach were fabulous. The facilities offered were first class with particular mention to Kate, Mustafa, the archery teacher, the aerial aerobics tutors & special thanks to the entire Kids Club crew who made our 5 year old granddaughter, (Martha), feel very special & cared for, culminating in her celebrating her 6th birthday with a cake shared with all her newly made friends!! The restaurant & bar staff were amazing & how clever you guys are in making the younger (children) guests feel very important with steps/platforms at the bars etc enabling them to request their own drinks & also drinks for the parents/grandparents too!! Housekeeping & the gardeners were friendly & incredibly professional, the entertainments were varied & of an exceptionally high standard. Even our experience of requiring the on site medical facilities for my wife which resulted in her need to have a hospital visit were completed with the utmost care & professionalism throughout the whole process. We fully embraced every aspect of your wonderful resort without ever feeling the need to venture further afield, apart from a thrilling parasailing experience with Martha viewing the area from a 100’ vantage point above the Mediterranean!! Our stay came to an end far too quickly, but we have created some very special memories & friends……we cannot thank you, all, enough for making our stay so memorable. We will definitely return & hope that others whom visit, experience the wonderful hospitality on offer, plus the fantastic weather

Second family visit. We had to return, the first holiday was fantastic. Accommodation was clean and very well maintained on a daily basis. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food is outstanding, huge selection to choose from. Desserts are out of this world. Pool and sunbathing area are large with lots of sunbeds. Excellent selection of water sports, we went paddle boarding. Lots of daily fitness activities. Gym has a good selection of machines. The a la carte restaurant meal was very good as was the barbecue. All in all I would definitely return and would recommend to all. I have no negative comments.
