EN Resort Grandeco Hotel

There was nowhere to get dinner nearby, and I panicked because I hadn't made a reservation for dinner. I managed to buy some cup ramen and frozen food (only two types of pasta) at the convenience store, and ate them using the microwave on the floor. It would have been nice to know in advance that you have no choice if you don't make a reservation for dinner. If you arrive late, the convenience store might be closed, which might cause some inconvenience. The nature lecture during the morning walk was very good and unique to this area.

We stayed for two nights. We had a standard twin room for three people, but even with the extra bed, it was spacious enough to relax. We were able to relax in the hotel and the surrounding area, relaxing on the chairs in the lobby, swimming in the pool, and taking a morning stroll, so we were very satisfied. Our children were able to practice swimming in the pool and enjoyed playing table tennis. There was a warm and relaxing time in the hotel, with children playing badminton and on the big swings, and roasting marshmallows in the evening. There were many free activities in the hotel, and we were able to use the pool before and after checking in, and we were grateful for the service of being able to borrow towels. The food was also very delicious, and it is recommended not only for sightseeing, but also for those who want to relax in the hotel. (However, there is no restaurant where you can have lunch.) It seems to depend on the season, but there were times when you could drink alcohol in the lounge, and my husband was happy to drink. I would like to use it again in the winter when I go skiing.

The hotel entrance and rooms were very clean and we had a comfortable stay. The bath and pool were smaller than expected. The plan with dinner was fully booked and we couldn't choose it, and the hotel doesn't have a restaurant, so it took us about 20 minutes by car to get to the nearest restaurant. Even though we went there, it was full and we weren't allowed to wait at the restaurant. We were told "please come again next time," so we bought food at a convenience store and ate it in our hotel room. It was a shame that the hotel had informed us in advance about what to do if dinner wasn't included, so we could have bought food or made a restaurant reservation before checking in.

清潔感溢れる客室に大満足でした。 お料理も最高クラスと言っても過言ではありません。 本当に美味しい｡ ご縁が有ればもう一度行きたい場所です。

部屋、風呂全て清潔で、食事も美味しく大満足です。この料金で申し訳無い位です。また、利用させていただきます。

イベント開催などあり子供に優しいホテルでした。子供が大変気に入っていました。 プール少し濁っているのが気になりましたが、プールのジェットバスやシャワーエリアが衛生的でした。
