We enjoyed the stay very much. It's quiet, clean and friendly stuff. The way to Disney or other Attraction is perfect. It is the second time we are in Greenpoint and we'll com back for sure.

El hotel tiene mal servicio de limpieza , en dos día nunca hubo limpieza en la habitación, le falta tener una cafetera o jarra eléctrica , seguro no vuelvo

The hotel was OK for the price. No one at the front desk after 6pm. At lest that’s what we were told by the man in the lobby that takes care of AirB&B. The reason we needed someone was. One ice machine and it wasn’t working at 8 pm. It was working in the AM ? Possibly on a timer ? Game room looks good but most of the games are broken. ( Staging) IE: Air hockey, PlayStation and connect 4. Also fitness room looked OK but no one working to open it.
Breakfast was Very good. Although the person checking you in for breakfast didn’t do anything else.
I should say the room showed a url code you could scan and a # to call ( no room phone ), but also said they were there 7am -12 am.
I guess if you want self service it’s ok but the price should be better if that’s the case.

It is a hotel just to sleep and have a breakfast. However, they charge a resort fee per day, but the hotel is not a resort. It a hotel that offers clean and friendly rooms to sleep and next day have a breakfast and leave whenever you go. I was expecting better areas, like a restaurant.

Didn’t like the fact that rooms weren’t refilled every other day and had to be requesting paper, towels and body wash. This was my 5th time staying there and is the first time this happens

Great for late check in! We arrived at 2 am and with advance check in we’re able to drive right to our building and access our room with a code on the key pad- nice breakfast to get you going each day- helpful staff- no complaints. Definitely would come back to stay at Greenpoint! Dining options nearby- unos, chili’s - nearby grocery and cvs - gift shop next door

The room was very clean , modern & large. It was within walking distance of several dining options, souvenir shops, and a giant Flee Market. Lots of parking. The breakfast had lots of choices, hot & cold. It was very good. Approximately 30 minutes to Disney World.

Rooms are nice. Property is convenient. Breakfast could be better, more options. TV is hard to maneuver & Wi-Fi is spotty, unreliable.
