Frontier time we checked in the front desk staff made us feel very welcome. She and the manager went above and beyond to make sure I had the room that was mobility assessable. We will definitely recommend and we also will be back.

I enjoyed the quiet. I was very dissappointed that my room was not cleaned two days in a row. I was told there was no one to clean on January 1st because it was a holiday. (???) I was assured the room would be cleaned on the 2nd. I came back that evening and the room had not been touched. I went to the front desk and was able to get clean towels. I pay a lot to stay here and was extremely disappointed in the room service.

It was very good. The location was convenient to my daughter’s home. This Holiday Inn express was quiet. I would stay here again if I return to the area.

If I had not seen the elevator maintenance sheet I would have thought this hotel was brand new! The pool was nice and warm after our 9 hour drive and the breakfast was one of the best! Sausage gravy and biscuits? OMG!! So good! The room was larger than our home 😆

The air conditioning unit was loud all night. It would rattle most of the night. Didn’t get a good night of sleep. The water pressure in the shower was terrible!

This is one of the best hotel packages in the eastern USA. It combines roomy, clean rooms with neighborhood security and safety, In addition there are the excellent fitness room, the actually usable pool, the clean and roomy spaces and the well-maintained public computers. Breakfast choices start the day well, and the staff members are always helpful.
