We had a decent stay at Meadowview Resort. We arrived at night after a long trip. The location is beautiful and well kept, I was surprised when we arrived to our room how sterile and unlike the exterior and lobby it was. Gray floors, white walls and not much else to observe. With the name and look of the exterior and golf course, mountains and so- it’s was probably a missed opportunity to make the rooms look so corporate. I felt like it was a hospital room. Our kids found it very bland as did we. It did not feel like a resort but more like a basic hotel room at a basic place. The sheets and pillows were also not very comfortable. They felt cheap and the ac did not get very cool, so we were a bit hot as it was a heat wave in mid July. Positive: The room was very clean. The hotel lobby and hallways were very clean and well kept. The negatives: Bland, unimpressive room with little amenities. The best: The restaurant for breakfast and the host and server there were the best part of our stay. They were both such lovely women. Incredibly warm and welcoming. They sat our family at a table overlooking the golf course, they anticipated every need we could have before we asked- from orange juice to fruit. They were delightful. They made our stay special. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered something for everyone in our family of 6. The restaurant itself was also very nice.. A great perk of staying here.

My family stayed at this hotel last night while in town for a baseball tournament. The property was spotless inside and out. Parking lot was clean, lobby, pool, elevators, rooms, etc. No trash, dust, anything. The property is well maintained from a maintenance standpoint as well. Everything looked like it had been recently updated. All of the staff that we encounter were very friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and provided a restful nights sleep. This morning we ventured down for the breakfast and found it to be host, fresh, and had plenty of options. We will definitely choose this location again during our next tournament.
