I live here every time I go to KOP. The opposite is KOP Mall, the largest department store in the U.S., and there is so much to offer. The nearby Philadelphia Outlet is also one of the most cost-effective Ole in the United States. KOP is simply a shopping paradise! The location of the hotel is very good. Turn right when you go out is the transportation hub, which is very convenient in either direction. Room facilities are relatively complete, and there is a balcony to smoke! The breakfast buffet is also worth $ 20 per person, and the price is less than $ 100, what a deal!

Ah, goodness. I'm torn on this review. The room was really nice and clean and an exceptional value for the price. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was nice, and the parking is free and easy. It's right next to the highway, so the road noise is loud, but that didn't bother me (it may bother you if you're a light sleeper). The door to outside actually opens if you want some fresh air on the little balcony. However, I noticed as I was preparing for bed that my room didn't have a deadbolt/hard lock. I pulled the luggage bench in front of it to sleep, and I was fine. The next morning, after I showered and was taking a work call at the desk in-room, the door swung open. There was no knock or warning, just opened right up. I yelled, HELLO, and a lady sort of giggled and said, SORRY, and slammed the door and ran. When I finished my work call, I told the folks at the front desk. The man working looked alarmed and said, well, there's no record that anyone is in room #xxx. I said, clearly I am, here is my room key, and he apologized, and I told him to make sure that got fixed for the next guest. This is my warning to you to check and make sure you have a hard lock on the door!

The hotel was really nice , the room was clean and put together well , the only thing I was a lil upset with was the elevator, only cause it was only one working at the moment because they are fixing them other then that the hotel was a good stay , the breakfast was good , had really food to eat & when I needed anything they was there to help will be booking again asap

The hotel is not bad, the room is large, the facilities are relatively new, the standard American breakfast, in the vicinity of Philadelphia, need to rent a car. Tucao, this hotel is on a hillside, there is a small road to drive up, there is no light and any instructions at night, if the navigation is not accurate, it is difficult to find. I like the Baidu map here and it is very convenient to use in the United States. But I have encountered an unusable situation, I don’t know if it is a network cause or something else.

This hotel is about 3 kilometers away from the Prussian King Shopping Mall and is a long distance away. But still very convenient. It’s just that the hotel may be a long time, so the equipment is old.

When I stay in a hotel, my needs are very simple. I want the hotel to be clean and I wanted to be quiet. This hotel is neither. This hotel is filthy. From the time you step into the lobby until the time you reach your room, there is a pervasive sickeningly suite overwhelming chemical smell. The room was dirty. The AC unit made a trilling noise every five seconds which was incredibly loud and made sleeping in the room impossible I figured I would take a bath and relax to try to be able to get some sleep and the diverter on the tub was locked in the shower position. The sofa has black stains all over the mattress, which appeared to me to be mold. The breakfast was not kept up and was quite frankly terrible. upon being in the room for 15 minutes, I called the desk and asked them to assign us a new room. She said she apologized and that she could hear the loud noise in the back round but couldn’t assign me a new room because there were no available rooms. The evening desk clerk said that in the morning they would compromise with me and offer me some money back on my room and some points. I have never booked a room with the Hilton property that was less than 40,000 or 50,000 points. They offered me less than a third of the points that would be required to book a room for one night. I feel they cost me a night of sleep when I had to travel 13 hours a hard long drive from Valley Forge back to Chicago and I deserve to be compensated either in points or by refunding my room one nights stay seems fair to me. The manager told me sorry about my luck and he sent me to the Hilton Honors number. They also offered me less than half the points nearly 1/3 of the points that it would be required to book another home two suites room I’ve been a customer a long time. I know how much the rooms cost. I booked this room because I needed to stay an extra night and i was unable to continue staying at the Hilton Garden suites as they also did not have the extra night accommodations. I had no problem with the Hilton Garden Inn. The staff was friendly and everything in Exton was wonderful. I regret staying in this home two suite and feel very angry about the treatment that I have received from Hilton Honors. I think I will be changing over to another hotel I’ve been along time and my account has been around a long time. I should have received equal compensation to my loss.

This is a solid choice if you need to be in this part of greater Philadelphia. We were there for a sport climbing competition in next door Bridgeport (3 mi away), and this fit the bill. It's been renovated, and the lobby and bar are stunning. The bar service was very good. We also had dinner there the second night and all enjoyed our meals. Our room was clean, comfortable, and generally working order. I applaud the property for using large pump bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and liquid soap instead of single use plastic bottles, which are so awful environmentally. However, it looks like they hot glued the bottles to the shower wall, and housekeeping must have knocked one off, because one was just standing in the shower. This was not a problem for use, though! I also applaud that daily housekeeping is optional. We would have not called for it, except my son had sweats the first night, so we wanted fresh sheets for him. I messaged the hotel through the Hilton Honors app and the manager responded immediately, which was impressive. The only glitch was that when I requested housekeeping, I specifically asked for the conditioner in the shower to be refilled as well (it was empty) and they neglected to do that. But housekeeping did come. We were pleased to find our room had a small refrigerator, which was great for storing snacks for the competition, and boxed leftovers from dinner. Front desk staff was super nice and efficient when we checked in. Ample parking. Lots of restaurants close by. Not a great area for walking - we did walk to a restaurant for dinner the first night, but lots of busy streets, malls, not great sidewalks, etc. The area is not designed with pedestrians in mind, but that's not the hotel's fault.
