The hotel service is good, but the rooms are really hard to find. The room is not small, but there are no windows, and the air conditioning cannot be adjusted. I booked two beds with my children and ended up with only one bed. People said that there are two sofa beds in the living room. It was okay to sleep, but it was very hot. Staying for one night was like baking all night. When I woke up the next day, my mouth was completely rotten. The hotel facilities are very old. The water park is paid separately.

We ended up staying at the Comfort Inn because the other hotel we booked had some serious cleanliness issues. Kelli welcomed us on Thanksgiving Eve with a warm smile and a kind heart. The next day Barbara made sure we had clean sheets as per my request. Judy made sure we had clean towels during our stay as well. Despite being off for the holiday Kathy the hotel manager checked in with her staff as I heard their conversations with her a couple of times while at the front desk. It was touching to see the staff sit down for a small Thanksgiving meal together. Several times during our stay we witnessed them working seamlessly as a team to ensure the guests had what they needed and that the hotel ran smoothly. Our rooms as well as the breakfast presentation each morning were clean and professional. The other reviews about maintenance are spot on. Many walls need paint, the elevators both need some maintenance and there's a few spots on the floor that could use attention. I would encourage the owners to fix the cosmetic defects so that the property shines as brightly as the staff does. I know the pandemic has caused a hardship on business owners but the staff and location make this property a gem. It's worth the investment. Being in the industry it was nice to witness a group of people focused on making sure the guest experience was what it should be. Thank you for saving our holiday Comfort Inn. I've stayed at many high end properties and not felt as welcomed or cared for as I did here. We will be back.

The room we stayed in was very reasonable. There was a refrigerator. The air conditioner was old but working well. That was nice. We could enjoy the morning coffee. We were satisfied with this hotel although the fee was low.
