super huge room, well furbished and clean. water and ice all available. cheap parking too. staff were really friendly. will definitely be back.

One of the best hotel I’ve stayed. Rooms are bright, beds are comfortable, they can send you water kettle if you need. Street parking was great, I can park my car safely.

Convenient transportation, there are places to eat and shop around, very close to outlet collection, and the price is affordable

The room is clean and spacious , with the essentials amenities which are very good. There is a microphone inside the room for us to heat up the food , so convenient. One little downside is that the house keeping need to be informed 1 day ahead for making up our room which there is no sign telling us this information. But the housekeeping did a great job on room make up though.

The hotel room is large, well-equipped, and has a shuttle bus. I had dinner at the restaurant in the evening. The restaurant staff were very enthusiastic, professional and polite. It was just that I was confused at the beginning and confused with the Courtyard at the airport. I took the wrong shuttle bus from the airport and went to another Liyi. In the end, I installed a Lyft and called an online taxi to arrive.

Large guest room with nice , functional & high quality furnitures . High quality window covering. Bright lighting. Bright & clean bathroom. Very friendly & polite front desk officers ( 4 of them ).

Clean and comfortable hotel. Room was spacious. Conveniently located close to the Westfield Southcenter Mall and few other shops and food venues. A complimentary airport shuttle is available from 4am until midnight. Upon checking in, I was told that my payment wasn’t completed, while this was done and confirmed few weeks before arrival already. Even though I showed my confirmation in the Trip.com app, they couldn’t accommodate me straight away. Luckily Trip.com has a 24/7 help centre and they were able to help me sort out the situation immediately and accordingly. For this, I thank Trip.com and their representatives. The lady at the desk told me she gave me a nice room, because of the inconvenience. I never asked for this, but it also turned out the room was nothing else than what I had already booked. The fitness is small, but has quiet the necessary equipment for a good workout. Very pricey for what you get, but since all accommodations are like this nowadays, I did not count this in my review. I would stay again, but only after confirming my booking.

I came to see my son. This hotel is right next to his apartment. It is very new and very clean overall. I will stay for 10 days. Because of the price, I booked two room types, one with a king bed and one with a lake view. The room space is suitable, the bed is very soft and comfortable, the water supply is good, and it is comfortable in the rain; it should be noted that the hotel does not provide slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste, so you need to bring your own. The power sockets are all American style and require conversion sockets. Catering service is not included in the room rate, but there is a restaurant in the hotel where you can order meals from the menu. The most important thing is that the gym is super professional! Parking fee is additional, $40 per day

The location served our needs and the room appeared clean upon arrival. However, we have mixed emotions regarding this property. There was a very friendly young man at the front desk who was very caring and helpful. He was wonderful. On the other side, the fire alarm went off at 5AM and when we called the front desk, the first couple times there was no response, then someone hung up on us. In addition, we were told every other day the room would be cleaned. We stayed 3 nights and our room was never cleaned.
