I added one lobster sashimi by phone in advance, but the texture was a little different from the lobster served on the plate, and it was delicious.The Matsumae pickled squid and sea lettuce tsukudani were so delicious that I bought them on the way home. I ate it right away. The beef shigure onigiri I received in my room after dinner was delicious, but I was too full and regretted leaving it behind. There were various types of baths, and I felt very comfortable. January 2023: I wasn't able to visit again due to the coronavirus, but this year there were no restrictions so I was able to visit again. I don't drink alcohol at dinner, so I asked in advance if it could be served early, and the meal was served at a perfect pace and was delicious. I thought it was a good inn before, but I think this is a rare inn where you can see that the hotel staff are working hard to make the hotel better.
