Despite being in close proximity to the airport, the hotel maintained a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The exceptional Azerbaijani hospitality made me feel like an awaited guest, and the hotel's value for money was evident. While the slightly outdated furniture and bath tub were minor considerations, they did not significantly impact the overall positive experience. I recommend Fly Inn Baku Hotel for travelers seeking a peaceful layover, offering excellent amenities such as a spa, quiet lobby areas, spacious rooms with excellent glazing to minimize runway noise, and reliable Wi-Fi for those looking to work during their stay.

Helpful Personl, Wonderfull Hotel During my stay everything was perfect.Nice and comfortable rooms, small but sweety terrace and tasty meals. There is a small terrace in outside for drink something in the morning so felling better.Breakfast more turkish meals and snacks. Speacial personal so friendly and helpfull. Not a bad place, beautiful territory near the sea. Breakfast from 8 to 10 a.m. failed due to early departure, but I was offered a ”sendwich” (dry bread and inside a cheese plate) with coffee without milk... which was very upset because breakfast was paid for 2 people. I was pleased that the receptacle can be exchanged. In general, I believe that the price is not in line.

The front desk service is very patient and the check-in will help you bring your luggage to the room. The hotel’s pick-up service was booked in advance and the driver arrived at the airport in advance. The hotel is fully equipped with good breakfast and a shopping mall. The food delivery service is also very special, a good stay experience👍

We arrived on the 22 and was welcomed by ismail and checked in by shams from reception both were super nice and instantly gave us one of the best first impression any one can ask for. Our first day we had shawarma from black city and it was the best shawarma we ever had and made us go back again for the taste of it several times. Definitely recommend every one to try. We had the best service by our special favorite orkhan who was super friendly and the team made sure we get the best service. We had to just look once and literally the staff comes running to help. 10/10 for the attentiveness and details of the black city staff. We tried green house but the food is same as white city. Would have been amazing if they had a different cuisine than white city. We had the best shisha made by Hussain who was very kind but didn’t get the same smile and sweetness from the other staff in green house. Service was not bad but as we had an amazing experience from black city where all the staff are super attentive was a little down fall. We had dinner in white city and couldn’t order anything else after we tried the honey baby chicken which was absolutely delicious. We also had lunch twice in white city but the service was super slow due to lack of staff but David while we noticed it was definitely a time of rush he had done amazing while doing the service with a very energetic smile and a very positive vibe. The hotel has a beautiful steam room, sauna and a pool. I met gulshan from spa while I went for sauna who always was super attentive kind with a gorgeous smile. It is beautiful to go for a walk out side the hotel as it’s near a park with ocean views. We had met amazing locals as well as everyone we met were super kind. The hotel has beautiful garden and greenery around the property. We usually take pictures in every country we go but we fell in love with the gardens and the colours around we took pictures just out side the hotel. Lots of mini butterflies and just super pretty and beautiful colorfulness around the hotel. The rooms are spacious and if you love mirrors this would be a perfect place as the hallway to room are filled with huge mirrors. The only problem we faced was that the hotel didn’t have a eu plug and we had to take a walk to get them on the first day but other than that didn’t have any issues. Lastly was checked out by Orkhan from reception who was funny and sweet asked us about our stay and had a good last impression as well. All together a great team at marriot and definitely would recommend to stay as the hotel is beautiful with amazing facilities and to top of has amazing staff with delicious food. Personally this was the best vacation 💕

My husband and I stayed 6 nights at the Sheraton Baku in Oct 2023. We were happy with the location, near the water and close to the old city. The room was average size, the bed and pillows were comfy, the bathroom had a large shower with rain and hand held shower nozzles, the tv had several international channels in English and other languages. The room faced the waterfront and had a large balcony with table and 2 chairs. All along the waterfront is a promenade and parkland for people to bike, walk, play. This public area extends the length of the downtown area. We had trouble with the A/C in our room, but after attempts over 2 days to fix it, reception moved us to another room. There is a wonderful restaurant where we had dinner a few nights. We tried pizza, soup, spaghetti bolognese and several salads and were very pleased. The staff were attentive. The restaurant has a nice ambience with an outdoor patio. The lounge area has so many fantastic coffee table books. Huge books that weigh a ton on art, culture, history, architecture, etc. The breakfast buffet was outstanding with many delicious dishes: fresh fruits and veggies, breads, cheeses, hot items, and eggs to order. Breakfast staff were attentive and eager to please. Elbaciz the F&B supervisor was always on top of things, making sure we were happy with the food and arranging to get us some coffee or whatever else we needed. The chef Mazahir always made us the perfect soft boiled eggs. The whole breakfast team were great. I would recommend this hotel for comfort and close to the old city.
